Not bad for it's size

This boom box isn't very large, so there isn't much "boom" here. My wife wanted something smaller than the old Sony Xplod boom box. The bigger Sony was too much to lug around for her and it was a battery hog. This Insignia unit is much more portable, uses cheaper batteries and fewer of them, so the cost to operate it extensively away from an outlet is much better. Nothing fancy here, but it does what we need it to do. Build quality seems decent enough and the cost wasn't bad.

It's an adapter cable for some of Turtle Beach's wireless headphones. I'm sure it would work for other devices that use the same size audio jacks.
Quality of the cable seems decent enough. Not terribly flimsy or anything. Length is adequate for its intended use. Does what it's supposed to. Price is a bit higher than I'd like, but not unbearably so. <shrug> What else is there to know?

I also have the older Ear Force Delta wireless set also made by Turtle Beach. I use those at work for music and with our IP phone system. I wanted a backup set to use at home. Had great luck with the set at work and I had a $20 off coupon on these from Best Buy. I'd prefer another wireless set but anything worthwhile starts at $100 and goes up from there. Didn't want to spend that much again. After the Best Buy coupon, I got these for around $60. At that price these were a great deal.
The fit on these is a bit more snug than my Ear Force Deltas which I always found to be a bit looser than I'd like, so this is a welcome improvement. It's snug, but not so snug as to make them uncomfortable to wear for a while. They are much lighter weight than my wireless set, which helps with comfort. They are also less bulky without the batteries and receiver/transmitter in there. The headband is relatively wide with plenty of cushion and a has a nice stitching job on the material. It's pretty comfy, I think.
Audio quality is pretty decent. Not the best I've ever heard, but decent at this price point and overall performance is respectable all-around. This is a stereo set only, no surround or simulated surround. Just straight 2.0 channels. The included mixer amp helps dial in tone pretty well to how you like it. The set can be used without the mixer, if you like, but the audio does get slightly thin without it. They don't become unlistenable by any means, but the difference is apparent. The large drivers in these do noticeably benefit from some amplification.
Boom mic is nicely adjustable, but is permanently attached, not replaceable or reversible. That's a bummer, but not a deal breaker for me. If you want to reverse it, you'd have to rotate it to face the other way and wear the headset backwards. Unless you have a way to reverse the stereo sound, that could create some issues or other oddities, depending on what you're listening to.
The little mixer module is what sets this headset apart. Aux input, lots of adjustments for volume & tone. The cord length is long enough to reach all the way across my living room should I ever need it to. I have not yet tried the mixer with a separate headphone, but it should work with any set that you might have
Styling. I like the look of this white set over the black version.

Claims of insanely good range are a but overblown. It's no better than the old Netgear router it replaced which was also an 802.11n unit. Still, this router is loaded with useful features. My only complaint on this unit is the price is a bit higher than many other similar products.

I have a network with two routers. One is configured as a gateway and the second is serving as a wireless access point and hub for my devices on a separate floor of my house. My access point router died and I so I tried to replace it with this one. I tried for hours to get it to work and it just refused to work the same way in my network as the Netgear unit it replaced. I took this unit back and exchanged it for an Asus router at the same price. The Asus router is only 802.11n, not 802.11ac, but I had it setup and working perfectly on my network in about 10 minutes. So far, so good on the Asus router...
I think this router would work out just fine on a network with a single router. The basic setup options a simple to understand and configure and digging into the advanced options gives a lot of options for manual configuration too.

We have installed a WIFI thermostat for this customer. Customer does not have a router, but since they are in a rural area, they use a Verizon mobile hot spot device. I just want to make sure this range extender will link with the Gateway and thermostat.
It should work as long as the hotspot is broadcasting a wifi signal, this range extender should be able to connect to it. The hotspot is functioning as a router as you're explaining it and the range extender won't know the difference.

I bought some skull candy ear phones from best buy and they have been stolen. Can I replace them if I have a 2 year warranty?
It's a warranty, not an insurance policy. The Best Buy extended warranty covers breakage, either accidental or due to defect, not loss or theft. You could make a home-owner's insurance claim on it, but I highly doubt it would be worth it.

No, this device is for connecting multiple devices to a single computer. What you're looking for is called a print server. I don't know if Best Buy still carries those or not. Some routers have this function built in. Alternatively, many newer printers support a feature called Air Print which allows any device with a wireless connection to your network to print directly to the printer.
