Wow, this is one excellent 4k TV. Trust me when I say this as it is replacing a 50" Pioneer Kuro Plasma. This is high praise indeed. Now, the blacks are not the inky blacks found on the Kuro by any means. As a result, the contrast is not near as good as the Kuro. I have been able to overlook this as the Black and Contrast is good enough for these eyes. 4k Netflix, 4k Amazon, 4k YouTube videos are a sight to behold. BD movies are brought to another level. DTV is also brought to another level. This is all accomplished with the LG Upscaler. It upgrades the video signal to near 4k quality. It all depends on the quality of the signal coming in. For DTV, any show broadcast in 1080i looks even better than standard HD. It does a good job upscaling lower broadcast quality as well. BD movies are where this set shines the most. The upscale process makes BD movies literally come alive. It's something to behold.
Later this year 4k native BD players and movies will be released. I for one cannot wait until this happens. I will be an early adopter for this format. I can only imagine how sweet it will be watching 4k native BD content on this TV. I may never leave the house again.

What a great movie. It has all the elements one requires in a movie. It has action/drama/suspense/love and the fact it is a true story as well. Clint Eastwood did a marvelous job here. Bradley Cooper is off the charts here.

I am an avid Jude Law fan. He is one of the great actors in Hollywood that can play any role........and play a believable part. Did not hear much of this movie prior to purchase. I watched this with my son and we both glued to the TV. Great story which is acted very well. All the performances are genuine. A must see for those that like a good drama/suspense movie.

It's an HDMI Cable...Expensive One at That

Like the review summary above, it's an HDMI cable which works great. However it is very expensive. I purchased these (2x6ft) at the time I purchased a 4k TV. BB reduced the price of the TV to accommodate the 2 cables. As FYI, any high speed HDMI cable will work just fine and produce similar results. I connected a $5.99 HDMI cable I purchased from Amazon and there was no difference in Picture or Sound quality to my eyes. There is no doubt AudioQuest makes a great product, but I cannot justify the extra cost when compared to much lower price HDMI cable for same result.
