Wow! Very impressed! Great cleaner and easy to use

I highly recommend Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Upright Deep Cleaner. It comes with a 1 gallon capacity clean water tank which I only needed to refill once for my large family room. It also comes with a hose and 2 different attachments for cleaning upholstery.
I first tested the machine in the Deep Clean mode on my family room and I was very impressed with the results. This machine is easy to maneuver and doesn’t weigh too much. It is also simple to use. Just fill the clean water tank with hot tap water and choose Deep Clean or Express Clean mode. Then press the trigger as you run the machine over your carpet. There is also a CleanShot® function for adding an extra cleaning boost to carpet spots. There is a pedal on the base to stream out some CleanShot® cleaner while you are using the machine. My carpet looks beautiful after one cleaning. This is definitely going to make my carpet last for several more years than it would have otherwise. Being so easy to use, I will be able to clean the carpet more often which will make it last much longer. In fact, it fluffed up the carpet in the heavy traffic paths which made it look new again.
Next I tried the Express Clean mode with the 2-in-1 Pet Upholstery tool on my sofa. Normally, I tend to stay away from accessory tools because the set up is such a hassle, but this was very easy. You just open up the hatch on the base of the machine, plug in your hose with the tool attached and that’s it. With the 2-in-1 Pet Upholstery tool, you can use the same tool to first vacuum your upholstery in the “Dry” mode and then clean in the “Wet” mode. My sofa and recliners haven’t looked this good in a very long time.
I loved that I could remove the dirty water tank without having to remove the clean water tank and vice versa. Both tanks come with easy to carry handles too.
Cleaning the machine was very easy. Rinse out the clean water tank to remove all of the cleaning liquid, then add clean water only into the tank and use the machine for 15 seconds on your carpet. This runs clean water through your machine to rinse it out. Then remove both tanks, empty and rinse them thoroughly. Let the tanks dry completely before returning them to the machine for storage.

The Polk Boom Bit works great. I followed the “Quick Start Guide” instructions included in the package and turned the unit on and then tried to listen to something on my phone. First I made sure my Bluetooth on my phone was turned on. But when playing my music from my phone, it only came out of my phone speaker. I went online to search for better instructions. The instructions reminded me to open my Bluetooth list on my phone and to scan for devices, then make sure I had enabled the Boom Bit on the list – something which I usually do but had forgotten. I didn’t need to do the scan because the device was already listed when I opened the Bluetooth on my phone. All I had to do was click on the device to connect it. Then everything worked fine. I clipped the Boom Bit to my shirt and turned on some music on my phone. I could hear it perfectly. By clipping it on my t-shirt near my ear, I was hoping that only I would be able to hear the music. I asked someone in the same room if they could hear it and they could not – which was a huge plus to me. I had to walk over very close to them before they could hear it and I could still hear it perfectly. Then I stepped outside to test it. I found that I could hear traffic and car noises perfectly while also listening to my music. It immediately made me feel safer since I could hear other noises in my surroundingsI stopped to talk to someone and I was quickly and easily able to turn the volume down while we talked and back up when I started off again by using the plus and minus buttons on the side of the boom bit.
The Boom Bit is light-weight and did not make my shirt hang down. In fact, it was so comfortable that I could hardly feel it there. I was able to keep my phone securely in my pocket without worry of dropping it while running. I also liked that I didn’t have to deal with uncomfortable ear buds that tend to fall out when I run or with ear bud cords dangling down. I had tried both regular and blue tooth ear buds but didn’t feel safe that I couldn’t hear other outside noises when using them. While using the Boom Bit, I could still hear traffic noises and dogs barking in the distance and felt more aware of my surroundings while still being able to hear my music.
The clip is very strong and it felt very secure. The instructions recommend that you do not clip it on to anything more than 1/4” in thickness.
To charge the device, just remove the bottom part of the rubberized case and it reveals a USB plug which you can plug into your computer or into a USB port on a wall plug. Also, the bottom part that you open to reveal the plug has a flexible rubber tab that allows you to access the plug but keeps that part of the case still attached to the rest of the case, so there’s no losing it. When charging, the LED light on the Boom Bit turns red. It will turn off when the device is completely charged. According to the manual (online), it takes 2 hours to fully charge and will give 3 hours of uninterrupted music play at half volume. When connected to your phone, a battery icon is supposed to appear on your phone telling you the status of the battery on the Boom Bit, but I didn’t have one appear on my phone.
The Quick Start Guide includes directions on how to: turn the power off and on, play and pause your media, connect and disconnect Bluetooth, volume control, track forward or back, answer or hang up from a phone call, and factory reset. The only instruction lacking (for me) was a reminder to enable the device on my phone.

This vacuum was easy to assemble and took about a minute or 2 with no tools required. It came with some awesome attachments (more about that later) and a very nice bag to store them in. The first time I used it, I wanted to try to vacuum up some tiny beads that had become lost in my carpet and since I had vacuumed the carpet very recently, I was hoping to vacuum up the beads without getting too much dirt that I would have to search through. Well, I did get the beads, but also quite a bit of dirt that my previous vacuum had not been powerful enough to pull out of the carpet.
Performance:
I am very happy with how well this vacuum performs. It really does a wonderful job in picking up the dirt. It out-performed every other vacuum that I've ever had. It is extremely maneuverable and swivels easily around tight places. I can see when the dust container needs to be emptied and it is easy to empty. I can see as I vacuum that the brush rollers are moving because there is a green light. The attachments work very well and are easily attached and removed as needed.

I love that the vacuum has 3 settings for hard floor, low pile carpet, or thick carpet. I tried them all and was very happy with all three. I also love how well it swivels and the width of the vacuum makes it easy for me to get in places where I couldn't get before.

The Lift-Away feature is great. In fact, you have some options with that feature. With just a push of the "Lift Away" button, you can remove the canister (which they call a "vacuum pod"). Then use the "Wand Release" button or the "Handle Release" button to remove either the entire length of the wand or just the handle (which has a short wand), depending on which you prefer to use. You can also add any of the attachments to the long wand or shorter handle. There are 2 different buttons to push to release the handle. One releases the short handle and the other releases the full length of the handle. They are both easy to use. I had no problem pushing the buttons and releasing the handles. Then they click back into place when you replace them, so you know they are attached correctly. You can also release the handle, add an attachment, and use it without using the Lift-Away feature which is a bit faster for when you need to use a tool quickly and get right back to vacuuming with the entire unit.
Underneath, the vacuum comes with a soft roller as well as a brush roll and they are both easy to remove if you need to remove string or hair that has become wrapped around the roller.
The attachments that I received are: (1) an Under Appliance Wand which is long and flat and can be used to vacuum under the refrigerator or can reach under low furniture (it can be used "as is" to clean the floor under your appliance or its extension piece can be removed and flipped over to clean the underside of appliances), (2) a Duster Crevice Tool that has a brush attachment that can be slid into place when needed or moved out of the way when you only want to use the crevice tool, (3) a Pet Multi-Tool which has a stiff bristle brush that can be removed to reveal an upholstery tool (so you can use the brush to loosen stuck-on debris or use the upholstery surface for cleaning pet hair (or other debris) from your sofa or chair), and (4) a Pet Power Brush which can be used on the stairs or upholstery. You don't need a pet to appreciate how convenient this tool is. There are 2 places on the vacuum cleaner for storing 2 of the attachment tools. Other tools and accessories can also be bought (motorized brush, dusting brush, caddy, long crevice tool) but I was pleasantly pleased at the ones that came with the vacuum.
The dust container can be removed easily using a single button and carried to the trash to empty. To empty it, just push one or both of the 2 buttons that open the top and bottom of the canister.
The filters are located under the dust container and are easy to access and remove. The manual suggests rinsing them thoroughly every 3 months. Let them air dry completely before replacing.
The unit comes with both an Owner's Guide and a Quick Start Guide.

I usually buy the trio pack of ink, and I like to keep spares so I never run out. The last time I replaced the cyan, the magenta and yellow were still almost full, so I didn't want to buy the trio this time. TWC informed me recently that I either needed to begin to pay to lease the modem they had provided for me 3 years ago or buy my own. Using their web site, they recommended a few modems (all available from Best Buy) and I chose this one because I trusted the brand. Unfortunately, it did not have a port for my land line and my set up with TWC required that my modem have such a port, so I returned it. I took it into the nearest Best Buy store and received a full refund with no problems whatsoever. Other than that, I'm sure this Arris product would have be wonderful, as usual. A happy ending to the story is that when I called TWC to ask for more time to get my modem, they told me that I could keep the one they had provided for me free of charge (no lease). It is an Arris brand too, and has performed wonderfully.

I am a photographer and wanted a 2 TB hard drive because I take thousands of photos. Sometimes it is quite a while before I go through them and edit out the rejects. I also back everything up on a 4 TB external drive. I really didn't want Windows 10, but I'm not hating it. In fact, I think I will like it once I get used to it. I hated Windows 8 and 8.1. I also like the touch screen. The only problem with this lap top is that is runs hot. I had to buy a cooling mat to put under it because it was burning my leg on the right side where the fan vent is. The vent is mostly on the side, but it curves a little bit under so some of the hot air blew onto my lap. I haven't had any problems since I bought the cooling mat.

Compatible with Sensi Wireless Thermostat?
Is this Modem/Router compatible with my Sensi Wireless Thermostat? I have an Xfinity Modem/Router right now but it will not connect. The only way it would connect was when they opened my wireless network up so it was no longer password protected. Obviously that isn't something that is safe to do so I decided I would just buy another one and stop renting from Xfinity. The only info they could tell me at all was the encryption codes must not match up.
I use it with my thermostat, but it is a Honeywell thermostat. I can manage the thermostat with my phone app, using this modem (which is a secured network). When we went on vacation this summer, I set the thermostat higher than normal while we were gone and when we arrived at the airport, I was able to use the app to lower the thermostat so that the house was cool before we arrived home.

Does WD stand for Western Digital. AC powered Hard Drives are faster than just USB?
WD does stand for Western Digital. I don't think the A/C powered hard drive makes a difference in the copy speed. I did notice that it copied about 4 to 6 times faster on my new computer than it did on my old one. Probably because my new computer could read and write faster with its i7 Core and more memory.

Im not getting this to just have my files backed up..my reason for purchase is simply to gain plenty of extra storage.
Yes, you can just copy files onto the external hard drive. It works great for that.

why won't my shotcut icon for my hp6520 printer show on my main screen
I have deleted and reinstalled the printer 3 times using the cd that came with the printer but still no icons?
It is easy to put a shortcut on your desktop for your printer. Go to Control Panel and choose Hardware and Sound. Then choose Devices and Printers. Once that window opens, find your printer and right-click on it. Choose "Create a shortcut". Now go to your Desktop. Your shortcut icon should be there. I tested these steps on my own computer as I typed them and my icon was there. Another way is to go to your "Programs" folder. The path should be C:, ProgramData, Microsoft, Windows, Start Menu, Programs. Now click on HP and look at your choices. To just put the printer icon on your desktop, open up the folder called HP Photosmart 6520 series. There is a shortcut in that folder. Copy and Paste the shortcut to your desktop.
