Replaced a $9 old school optical mouse. Never realized how inefficient the old mouse was! Played 2 hours of Doom and Guildwars and this mouse made a huge difference. Insanely precise and comfortable, this mouse works great for your raid campaigns as well as maneuvering a spreadsheet. With a metal spring coil cord and solid construction, this mouse feels like products used to feel: quality and value. HP really took the customer to heart. I highly recommend this!

Overall really clean sound, but muddy bass.

Using this in my cubicle for background music hooked to an old IPod. Low to moderate volume, it sounds fine, but there is very little bass. Turn it up and it tries hard to compete with its bigger brothers and other speakers, and it just sounds muddy and distorted. Price and size are nice however. I just toss it in my backpack and go, not worried about scuffing or scratches.
Comes with a wrist strap as well.
Personally, I’d recommend stepping up to the larger speakers at the $49-$69 price range just to get cleaner bass sound.

This replaced my 6 year old modem. This took some time to set up, but once it was, everything ran smoothly. Everything you need to set up is included, and after a quick app download, setup was a breeze. Remembering and replacing old modem settings were a headache. Strongly recommend writing them down before disconnecting old modem!
My old modem WiFi topped off at 52mbps. This one goes to 72mbps (I could get more if I paid more, but it’s all I needed).
Just an FYI, this modem asks permission from the cable company during setup. Took my by surprise that I was being interrogated by cable company to prove identity just for swapping out the modem!
Streaming video is kind of grainy right now, due to the modem stream being optimized for new modem. Hopefully by tomorrow everything will be super sharp again.

I’ve been really excited for this tablet since specs were leaked a few months ago. I have, or have had, a TON of tablets. I currently use a 2016 iPad Pro 9.7, but had iPad Air, air 2, mini, nexus 7, and a Sony S.
As far as Android tablets go, this is the pinnacle of devices. This has the performance of a turbo sports car, but runs smooth like a luxury sedan. On my 2hr commute home, I streamed Spiderman Homecoming, and it looked and sounded fantastic. The image was crisp. Soundstage was expansive for such small speakers.
Samsung branded apps are ok, but I replaced most with the google equivalent. I didn’t spend a lot of time with DeX mode, but it worked pretty smoothly for the 10 minutes I messed with it.
I primarily plan to use this tablet as an entertainment vessel. I’ve packed it with movies, ebooks, and games for travel. For that, it really shines. Many would say, “you can get a cheaper tablet for that” ... that may be true for some, but I spend 2hrs on my daily commute, so I wanted something that shines.
S Pen is sensative. I’ve used it for sketching and it’s great for maneuvering in the tablet without fingerprints before watching a movie. It’s great Samsung included the SPen, but it should really have some form of storage on the device. I know I’ll lose it within a month. Feels great in hand, and minimum lag.
Overall, I really highly recommend this tablet for anyone committed to the android ecosystem. It’s easily the best tablet available for that system. Please look at this tablet for what it is, not what it isn’t. A lot of the reviews by “pros” at the various blogs focus on comparing it to everything EXCEPT other Android tablets. For Android, it doesn’t get much better than this.

Really nice mini projector. Picture is nice and sharp. Onboard audio speaker is very soft, but it pairs well with my surround system.
Biggest issue I have is it’s weak App Store. Nothing really worth it. Netflix, yeah... but everything has Netflix. My shoes have Netflix I think!

Once hooked up to my appletv, it was beautiful! You need as minimum light as possible for it to work best. Any ambient light drowns out the picture.
Absolutely worth the money, though, when you compare this to a lot of the “en vogue” mini projectors. Tons of inputs, all the dts/digital audio options, and fantastic image. A+++

Can play ALL the modern games, high to ultra!

I’ve never had a gaming computer before. I’ve always been “buy a computer that can play games from 5 years ago” guy. With this laptop, I went onto several “will this work” sites, and was shocked! ALL the games, including games that just barely released, were not only playable, but playable at high or ultra settings! Usually, I’d be playing on bare minimum requirements. Games like Doom or GTA would have lower resolution than a PlayStation One game. Now, all games are mine for the playing!
So far, I’ve mainly concentrated on two games... Sims 4 and my longtime guilty pleasure, GuildWars 2. Sims moves without choppy frame rates, and looks stunning. Guildwars 2 I’ve played since Beta on an old Windows 8 laptop with integrated graphics, on lowest settings. This laptop played it on ultra. The game looks totally different! Static trees and pixelated grasses have been replaced by wind rustled leaves and gently swaying grasses. I loaded a Doom demo and can’t wait to add that game to my collection! For the first time, I actually signed up for a Steam account!
My next purchase will be a 2nd harddrive for the laptop to store games. I never realized modern games were all in the 60 to 90GB size!
Besides amazing graphics, this computer is insanely fast. Apps and programs load in seconds, and bootup time is around 8 to 10 seconds. It gets warm but heat is vented towards the back and never feels too hot. My only complaint is the AC plug. It only works in one plug in my house, and I have to jiggle it to charge when I plug it in at work. I’m not sure why it’s so picky. Everything else from the Nintendo Switch, iPhone, iPad, Bluetooth speakers, etc charge with no problem. Small price to pay to play every pc game I can think of!

Nice mobile amp. Definitely perfect for a backup system when your expensive gear has performance issues. Bose is clean and sounds great. Fantastic for coffee shop gigs or similarly smaller venues. Bass could be richer, but I find that common on all Bose products.
That being said, it’s a versatile PA system that has multiple uses and is incredibly compact and weighs a mere 15lbs! Aspiring musicians and public speakers would definitely benefit from the Bose S1. Also would work great for old churches that would like to liven up their services without investing thousands in a new speaker system.

Replaced a 6 year old Denon. Atmos is fabulous! Grabbed a few old speakers that were lying around for the height channels. Tested out with Last Jedi, Spider-Man Homecoming, and every other Atmos-enabled disc. Sounds absolutely crystal clear with my bookshelf Polk speakers. Even my wife, who normally couldn’t care less about audio, is really impressed with it and had me demo all sorts of movies, and with my 230 blurays, that’s a LOT to test!
Works great with Netflix, Xbox, PS4, and all my other electronics junk. With everything plugged in via hdmi, everything turns on and switched perfectly.
Told everyone at work about it, and several are interested in upgrading their old systems. If you want a good system, this is it.

I’ve been using these while taking classes, and this really works great for focusing my hearing where I need it to be. I’m partially deaf in one ear, and these help pick up the slack. Sound is great.

Are you able to put your eye prescription on the frames?
Yes. The lenses are plain Jane, run of the mill polarized lenses. These are regular Raybans, so they accept prescriptions… however, talk with your eyeware specialist to see if they’ll do the custom lenses needed. Not all places accept outside frames, and many more are unsure about messing with tech glasses frames.

Is the scroll button easy to press on this?
I have had no issues with it. I find it smooth and intuitive with it’s design and feel. Every person will have their own experience, but I think overall it’s going to please far more people than it will irk. It’s a nice mouse. I’ve had dozens of gaming mice, and so far, this has been my favorite.

Any Mark II can be updated. The original M6 I will not get the upgrade, I believe.

Several websites post custom calibrations for the TV that look far better than presets. I recommend those. Presets look quite harsh.

Is 4gb ram enough for heavy multitasking? Will they be coming out with a version that has 6 or 8gb?
