Solid video and sound but flimsy cables

I took a star off due to the cables are very flimsy. The cables being Poe are pretty important as they will be run from the base to wherever you put the camera which could mean tens and tens of feet away and might need to go through walls and other house cavities.
I bought a set of 100 foot stronger cables. Another issue is why only 8 channels, today’s house are fairly large and 8 cameras are seldom enough to give good security coverage.
I think for the cost that better quality should be a no braine4 to included, cheap out somewhere else but not in this important item. As I have Poe switches and Poe wireless transmitter, setup was a breeze.
The connection is quick rock solid and vibrant images. Superb video quality. The dome cameras make mounting easy and the field of view is immense compared to my other cameras. The night time images are fantastic as well, detail is very good.
The included 2TB is expected and so far working flawlessly. Internet cone t when out and about is so quick, so alerts to you can be viewed immediately on your phones. The Swann software I have used before and nothing new but Rick solid and so why mess with a quality software suite.

Great but sound muffled or not as clear as you exp

The reason for 4 stars is only due to the sound bar downmixes surround and height content.
Worse the lack of low-bass.

The overall sound from a dual subwoofer is a winner in a compact sound bar if you do not need anything else or space is an issue.

The Sony app turns your smartphone into a complete remote for the bar, so that is nice. Setting up and using the soundbar is easy with the app. It can guide you step by step through initial settings, help with troubleshooting, and give full control of volume, sound fields, right from your smartphone. Mounting onto the wall was pretty straightforward with no major measuring fiasco. It is a beautiful sound bar although it is smaller but still bigger than others in this price range.

Good, old cpu, no MSD slot and so weak 4 stars.

First my overall rating is weak 4 stars, but due to use of older cpu/graphics chip which is showing signs of being simply outdated for the new apps and software to function smoothly. Worst is the lack of inclusion of a dedicated micro SD slot. Not sure given the limited included standard memory why a dedicated micro SD slot is not included.
The upside is you do have 3 solid usb slots, two are usb-c and can charge the laptop. The included usb c charger is 45 watts and does a quick job of recharging the laptop hd last a long cord so easy to plug in and still have flexible length to be plugged in and move around for comfort sitting distance from the outlet. Wifi 5 is rock solid and the Bluetooth is just as solid. The unit is fairly light less than 3.5lbs given the screen size.
The keyboard is easy to use with nice tactile feedback, surprisingly. The screen is matte to reduce reflection but not as bright as you would like and colors are muted I think due to the matte screen but reflections are low so that is a plus.
My main issue is the cou/graphics chip should be a more recent chip given the just under $300 price point. If you get this under $220 then yes grab it. I do like the included laptop sleep with storage pocket for your charger and smaller items. Great student laptop and the Google OS is buttery smooth.

Battery life so far off the charging cradle is in excess of two days with normal usage not continuously. Love the talking call ID. The speakerphone is another big plus meaning you can still have phone in one room and hear message on the base.
The Bluetooth has a fantastic range for wireless headphones, over 60 feet and even on another floor but more noise and loss but still phenomenal.
I love love the call block with 1000 spaces and you all know 100 is not enough. In addition it has auto robo call block, telemarketing call block and the one ring scam alerts. All these are useful to intercept bogus calls.
The display is large and easy to read. The black onto white background is really ease on the eyes for clarity.
Call clarity is really noise free even through the Bluetooth connection onto headphones. The caller has no issues hearing or understand me.
Digital answering system Answering machine stores up to 17-minutes of messages and Quick-read Message Counter lets you see at-a-glance if you have a message

Great but need time to really learn and expensive

Up front removed one full star due to price but mostly for the complicated learning curve. But it has features galore and the community database really is the icing on a fantastic radar system. The real time updates via the app is very useful once you get through the learning curve.
The dual antennas is also wonderful especially the front facing one. No stars removed for false alerts as that is a given with any radar detector regardless of pricing and this one’s false alerts are minimal at best.
This radar detector also comes equipped with auto-learning technology. Through GPS intelligence, Auto Sensitivity, and IVT Filtering, the MAX 360 can learn what to expect on your daily routes. This technology also includes automatic location lockout which keeps you from having to lockout every single benign stationary threat manually.
The auto-learning technology uses intelligent GPS-based technology to learn your routes and reject false alerts and usefully for those who drive the same route to work every day similar routine errand runs.
Because of the dual antenna system allowing for a 360-degree range. This means that the device can pick up on frequencies coming from in front of, behind, or to the side of your vehicle. The front-facing range works better than the rear-facing range, but they do both work and you get decent advance warning in order to,slow down.
If on sale, then a great buy for a superb detector but with a learning curve that needs time for you to get accustomed to it.

Grippy sturdy feel with great protection

First mag compatible and still wireless charging is available. The case is grippy, sturdy, and easy to install and remove for cleaning. So far no yellowing issues. These prints cases are relatively clear with some add flair but allows the iPhone color to peek through as well.
The raised front lip edges is great for protecting the case when face down on table, etc as well if it drops to the floor. The camera cutout is great with no hindrance to photo/video taking. The raised camera cut out lip edge on that camera opening is fantastic at providing great protection to the camera lenses. The raised edge is pretty substantial and you feel if you drop it onto a table with the lenses facing down, no damage will occur.
I have already dropped the phone on purpose onto my basement tiled cement floor and tiled bathroom floor with no damage or scratches from 2-4 feet high.
The grip due to the polycarbonate material is just the best with very little weight gain or size gain. The price is also phenomenal especially if on sale or even when not on sale still a bargain over more expensive name brands.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solid build quality and excellent battery life

I like it being waterproof naturally, this makes it very easier to use in the shower without creating a mess in outside living areas. The battery is straight forward to charge and battery life is excellent. The quality of the blades is exceptional. The various multitude of various cutting and trimming attachments is phenomenal. The guides are self explanatory and very easier learning curve. I used it to trim my hair, my beard and upper body hair. I find it is not conducive to private area grooming due to the attachments. The hair and ear trimmer is very functional and of course useful. The battery life I got was at about 4-5 hours with power diminishing as you get to the 5-6 hour mark. The power of the motor is pretty power and no complaints. The build is something I find to be very durable and therefore should provide years of functional usage. The ease of switching attachment is also another big plus. The included travel pouch provides an easy area to keep everything together without you losing the necessary attachments.

Simple packaging and very easy and quick setup once you download the software. The pointer is extremely slim and lightweight...just what you need from a presentation pointer.

The pointer itself has very simplified interface, you have only three buttons at your disposal: a large "forward" in the middle; a smaller "back" arrow below it; and a third bullseye button that sits at the top of the slender wand.
Customization is what make this pointer so powerful in my opinion. The functionality of these buttons isn't fixed; you customize the actions they execute using the companion app. So, for example, where a quick press on the main button might move you on to the next slide, a longer hold can be set to launch the magnification feature; a raised hand gesture can trigger changes in volume.
A final neat touch is the haptic feedback, you can configure the Spotlight to vibrate at set times, which could be beneficial to pacing your presentation and your overall timing.
It's compatible with most of the presentation software you're likely to encounter including PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi and Apple Keynote.
I give it a solid 5 stars but the price needs to come down a bit for most users like myself to justify the premium price.

This has been the absolute worst electronic purchase ever! I am on my 3rd unit having 2 replacements sent to me from linksys as well as my 2nd range extender (the RE7000) that they have replaced as well. Invested 15-20 hours on the phone with foreign, yet pleasant enough, tech workers. I live in a square, 3,300 sf 2-story and cannot get consistent or far enough coverage. When paired with their extender to take advantage of the mumino technology, the internet fails to open at all on multiple devices, causing us to set up the extender under a different name and losing the purpose of why we bought in 1st place. After being refused to exchange into their new Velop product for all the problems, I ordered the Netgear Orbi yesterday and leaving the linksys brand forever ( I have purchased 9 routers from linksys in my lifetime for personal and rental homes ).

I've been using robot vacuums for a few years and am a fan. The Samsung - POWERbot R7040 is my first experience with a next-generation model. There are great improvements in this one over my previous, 'bumper-car' versions: 1) Much better normal cleaning 2) option of a powerful turbo-cleaning mode 3) camera-aware movements which reduce the 'bumper-car' approach radically 4) options for manually controlling direction, spot cleaning, and repeat cleaning 5) an app that can control it from anywhere (and gives a diagram of where it went after a cycle) 6) a remote controller that can control it from anywhere in the home and manually direct it's path 7) a much more accessible, top-loading dirt collector that is easy to empty and clean.
It was very easy to set up and start in auto mode. For me, dialing in the added features took some time and trial and error. Better instructions on these features would be a big help. For instance, in manual mode, I would click the directional arrow and it would stop but not move in the desired direction. It took awhile to discover that it wasn't just a matter of clicking, but you have to click and hold the arrows in the direction you want it to go (duh). Once I discovered this, it worked very well (though the sensitivities of manually controlling it are best left for directing it into an adjoining room when you're in a hurry for it to find it's way there - and not in the mood to carry it). I'm also not yet clear on how well the Spot function works. This is too early of a review to address that.
All-in-all I'm very pleased with the way the POWERBot 7040 works. It is powerful, smart, simple and affordable!

Where is the map? The remote from anywhere?

In my use, the remote has about about a four foot range, even the manual verifies this.
I have used the app, where is the map of where it cleaned? I used the Android app.
The bumper car still lives in this unit, 4 foot by 30 foot hall, and my unit bounces off the side walls.
Manually controlling direction again limited by a four foot range of the remote.

In addition to having several things running on the wifi, I have a brick wall within my home that I need the wifi to travel through. Will this get through brick, and what is the maximum range?
I have brick in and around the house and inside my brick garage which is about 60 feet from the Router I still get a signal that says connected at about 25mbps.
