I wanted something that could carry two bodies, as well as multiple lenses, and, if need be, a flash unit (or two). I also didn't want something that I had to carry around, due to the excessive weight (trust me, I know about those bags...back when I had my first Nikon F5, N70, and FM2n, as well as several lenses, I would have been better off carrying a bag filled with gold bricks). The Flipside 500 AW is the perfect bag. It carries everything I have, with room for more...and, most importantly, it's comfortable, being worn as a backpack.

It must also be a film that I've already seen. However, once in a while, there comes a film that, while I haven't seen it, I know, based on other sources, that it's a must-add to my collection. This is one of those films. I haven't had time (yet) to watch it, but, as stated above, I already know this is a "must-add".

I won't say this is THE best mechanical keyboard available. Additionally, I won't say this is THE best keyboard with LED lighting. But, if you want the best keyboard with BOTH mechanical keys AND multi-color LED lighting, this could be exactly what you want/need. While the keys aren't truly "quiet", they are quiet enough that they won't bother someone else in the next room over. My best suggestion is this: If you're looking for a really good mechanical gaming keyboard, and you feel the need to have RGB LEDs, then buy this keyboard, spend a couple weeks with it, and, if you don't like it, return it...but I'm guessing you will keep it.

Initially, I thought this was what my wife & I needed, to replace the old small Crock Pot we had to toss. Unfortunately, it's extremely limited in it's ability, so we returned it. While it does have 2-, 4-, 6-, & 8-hour cooking times, the 2- & 4- hour times are limited to the "High" setting, and the 6- & 8-hour times are limited to the "Low" setting. If you want to...say...cook something on "Low" for only two hours, or "High" for six hours, this will NOT do it. There are plenty of other units...some by Crock Pot, and others made by different companies...which offer greater possibilities.

Not Bowie's Best

Initially, I was enthusiastic when I heard about this album. Thinking about Bowie's voice during his "mid years", I figured he'd be capable of pulling of a jazz-based album, similar to Pat Benater's "True Blue" blues album. Unfortunately, unlike "True Blue", which was outstanding, Bowie wasn't quite able to pull it off. Am I disappointed that I purchased this album? Not in the least, for, being his final album, before his untimely death, it will be remembered for years to come. If he hadn't passed away, and released a second jazz-based album, would I have purchased that one? Probably not. Truthfully, this album deserves only a 2-star rating, but, considering the effort he put into it, I bumped the rating up by one star.

Outstanding Gaming Laptop For The Money

There will be those who say Lenovo doesn't make real gaming computers (desktop or laptop), or that Lenovo doesn't know anything about making gaming computers, or that a laptop with a 5400rpm hard drive can't be considered a "true" gaming laptop. To all these naysayers, as well as those who, up front, wouldn't consider getting a Lenovo as a "gaming system", I say - IT'S TIME TO RECONSIDER.
Let me start off with the matter of the 5400rpm drive. I agree that a 5400rpm drive should NOT be used in a gaming system, laptop or otherwise...but, Lenovo isn't the only company doing this. There are other well-known brands...brands that are synonymous for their gaming computers (I won't "call them out" here, but a little research will turn them up easily enough)...that utilize 5400rpm drives. In reality, this is a moot point, as one of the first things any gamer would do is replace the hard drive with an SSD...and that's exactly what I did. Out went the Toshiba "hybrid" drive, and in went a 1TB Samsung 850 EVO...slow hard drive problem solved.
What about the memory? Again, any "true" gamer would balk at the slow 8GB of RAM installed. Well, just as easily as the hard drive problem is resolved, so is the memory. Out goes the factory-installed RAM, and in goes 16GB of speedy Corsair Vengeance RAM. Now we have a real gaming laptop...and, even with the additional cost of upgrading the RAM, it still comes in well below the cost of other gaming laptops, including those already coming with faster and/or a larger amount of RAM...which, by the way, would still require the SSD upgrade.
The only downside to the Lenovo Y50 Touch is the GPU. Truthfully, it's only a minor quibble, as the performance difference between the GTX 960M & the (newer) GTX 965M is somewhat negligible, and purchasing a laptop with a GTX 965M will cost considerably more. Even the most recent Lenovo Y700 laptops (the replacement for the Y50 Touch) still use the GTX 960M.
While the Y700 comes with an i7-6700HQ, which modestly outperforms (in many tests) the i7-4720HQ found in the Y50 Touch, there are also more than a few tests which show the i7-6700HQ performing only slightly better. When one considers the price of the Y700 (i7-6700HQ) against the Y50 Touch (i7-4720HQ), you can save yourself a lot of money by getting the Y50 Touch. Put another way, the Y50 Touch will give you the "best bang for the buck" when pitted against Lenovo's newer Y700. When pitted against other gaming laptops, the Y50 Touch only gets better.
Conclusion: If you're willing to spend a little extra money on upgrading the RAM (more, & faster), as well as some money on an SSD (which you'd probably be buying anyway), you will end up with a laptop that is better than others selling for the same final price. Against higher-end gaming laptops, yes, they will be faster, more powerful, have higher-end GPUs, and maybe even more memory, but you will also pay at least double what you'd pay for the Y50 Touch. If you're a gamer with "unlimited" funds, by all means, go ahead and get the $7,000 "gaming laptop powerhouse". On the other hand, if you're a gamer on a (somewhat) budget, and you want a fast/powerful laptop that can handle all but the most recent (ie. GPU power hungry) games, then you will be hard-pressed to find a better choice than the Lenovo Y50 Touch. Better hurry, before they're sold out.

If you're looking for a UPS, there are more than a few brands, as well as countless models, to select from. Two of the biggest, most-trusted names are APC and CyberPower. Unfortunately, when it comes to CyberPower, I've had more problems that I care to remember. It's primarily for this reason that, this time around, I decided only APC would do. Unlike most people purchasing UPSs, I wasn't intending on using this one for a computer. While it does have my network HDs, printer, modem, router, & 5-port switch plugged into it, it's primary purpose was for my home theater system. Besides the aforementioned computer-related items, the following are also plugged into it: 55" HDTV, AV receiver, Blu-Ray player, sub-woofer, & Logitech Harmony Home Hub. According to the specs, as published by APC, it provides up to 650W of output. With a 50W output, it can provide 147 minutes of emergency power. Ramp that up to 100W, and you have 64 minutes. Full-power (650W) provides 3 minutes, while half-power (325W) provides 13 minutes. You might be wondering why I'm mentioning these figures. Well, the answer is simple. With every device currently plugged into my unit (a load of 174-175W, or approximately a 26% load), that would provide me approximately 27 minutes of run-time. Now, for those who think that a UPS can't handle the power requirements of a home theater system, that should tell you that this UPS not only CAN handle it, but, in the event of a power outage, it could potentially provide you enough power to finish watching a movie, and safely shut everything down (well, except for the modem, router, and network HDs, which you'd want to maintain power). If you need a UPS, this is an excellent choice.

The Best "Bang for the Buck"

Is this the best 5-port (or 4-port, depending on how you consider things) switch available? Probably not. Is this the cheapest switch available? Again, probably not. Is this the best switch available, for the lowest price possible? Probably so. In truth, the only reason I purchased a switch...any switch...was so that I could connect my TV, AV receiver, Blu-Ray player, & Logitech Harmony Home Hub to my network. My router (ASUS RT-AC68P, which I HIGHLY recommend) has four ports, and needing one for my printer, one for my network drive, and wanting to keep one available (in case of needing to physically connect a computer for troubleshooting), that only left one remaining port, albeit with four remaining devices to connect. This, obviously, requires the use of a switch, and, considering how much I'd been spending on other items, I couldn't afford to spend a lot of money on a "higher-end" switch, I opted to find the least expensive, but-still-higher-quality, switch I could find...and the Linksys SE1500 is that switch. While it doesn't offer Gigabit connections, I was certain I didn't need them, as the TV & Blu-Ray player, even in watching an HD movie, wouldn't require anything higher than 100Mbps (besides, paying for a 50Mbps service, and actually receiving 70-90Mbps, the 100Mbps ability of the switch already exceeds that which I'm receiving). In short, the Linksys SE1500 doesn't just meet my needs...it exceeds them. With a $19.99 price (regularly on sale for $9.99-14.00), it's just as good, if not better, than all but a few of the other 5-port switches, for less money (the great majority of the other models are in the $20-50 range).

how do u connect it to laptop
Your laptop has to either have built-in Bluetooth, or you need to add a Bluetooth USB.
