Very good plot, great acting, WOW for an ending!! How true to life this movie really is. Not for anyone under 17, due to s-- content. But the interplay of the characters was marvelously written, and with OSCAR WINNING PERFORMANCES!! Got this movie yesterday at 4:00PM and watched it at 8:00 PM. Well worth getting for your collection!

One of the best of the original Trilogy! The great adventures all began with this action packed thriller. It pits the honest academic endevors of Indiana Jones against the treacherous evils of the times that are bent on world conquest, fame and riches.

Like most of Michael Mann's films, The Insider is an extremely stylish character study, and the excellent 2.35:1 widescreen presentation of the movie on this DVD allows it to make maximum emotional impact. It's hard to say which is better: the excellent, moody Dolby Digital 5.1 Audio or the colorful, beautiful way the visuals have translated to DVD. The music of Lisa Gerrard and Pieter Bourke is quite magical up against the pretty visuals, whether the score is indulging in evocative, bombastic form or simply flowing in ambient layers. Supplemental features include a short, glossy production featurette, the widescreen theatrical trailer, and a feature called "Inside a Scene," which dissects one scene from the movie, allowing a viewer to look at pre-production, shooting, and finished material. A director's commentary with Mann would have been fascinating but is nowhere to be found. Still, the movie stands on its own merits. The Insider is full of subtle power in this DVD edition.

A very realistic portrayal of the clash between corporate America and journalism as they are pulled together by lone holdouts of journalistic principal and corporate professionalism, with a healthy does of conscience.
Warner receives high marks for the transfer on this DVD of Blood Work. Presented in its original aspect ratio of 2.35:1 (this is another title that has a separate chopped pan & scan transfer), the image is top notch. Colors are natural, while the blacks are solid and show no sign of break down. Detail is nearly perfect, giving the picture a realistic edge. The sound is also quite good, though not outstanding. The 5.1 English and French tracks don't utilize the back surrounds in any truly effective way, but the front speakers do show nice separation, while dialogue is clear up front. It's a nice mix that certainly won't impress, but also won't disappoint. Not up to those standards are the supplements offered here. They're rather weak. All that is included are two featurettes, one on making the film, while the other is a conversation (partly in Spanish, with subtitles) about characters with actors Wanda De Jesus, Paul Rodriguez, and Clint Eastwood. Be careful to watch the film first, as the brief "making of" featurette gives the ending away. Along with that is a teaser and theatrical trailer and some filmographies for a few cast and crew members.

A western that depends on dialog and character development . A nice change from loud movies, with only special effects. The cinematography is absolutly great!

Precision gameplay is now a hands-length away. The Wii Nunchuk Controller is used in conjunction with the Wii Remote and connects easily via the expansion port to get you into the swing of things. When combined, the input device duo becomes your sword and shield to combat charging assailants, your defense against a brawny linebacker and so much more. Because the Wii Remote and Nunchuk Controller are relatively dependent on each other, feel free to hold each controller in whichever hand is most comfortable. The ambidextrous design grants matchless accessibility for greater control over gameplay.Formulated with the same motion-sensing technology enabled in the Wii Remote controller, but with an analog stick to assist in character movement, the Wii Nunchuk thrusts you into a fully immersive gaming experience. In several games, you can use the analog stick to move your playable character, while the Wii Remote performs a specific action, such as throwing a pass or aiming a weapon, for the utmost in teamwork. Contoured perfectly to fit in the palm of your hand, the Nunchuk Controller is also equipped with conveniently located buttons for lightning-quick access.

Live competition builds character, and for children, or adults is just part of enjoying games. Not a bad idea to have an extra one or two around for a day of fun! Just remember to strap them to the wrist!!
What's great about it: It is always fun to compete at games, for both adults and children.
What's not so great: You have to stop and recharge the batteries.
