Product didn't work and no customer support

The first Tablo I received was apparently damaged, something was rattling around inside the box, and it would not function properly. I called Tablo support and got a voice mail prompt asking me to leave name, number, etc and saying "I will call you back." I," not we...sounded odd. I waited a day, and no one called. So, I exchanged for a second device. After setting it up, it appeared to work ok and downloaded my local stations. A couple of days later, I went to use the device and all programming was gone! I attempted to download again, but the device didn't download anything. Several attempts, no results.
At this point, I still had not had a return phone call! I tried email to reach Tablo support, got an auto-response that I would get a reply within 24 hours. That never happened. Customer support at Tablo apparently is only an illusion. The Tablo experience for me was complete waste of time!

The "franchise" behind this movie continues to deliver first rate entertainment. This, the final episode of the movie trilogy made from The Hobbit, does not disappoint. Third acts can be tough, but this one exceeds expectations - the story line, the acting, the grandeur of production continue to be exceptional. Interestingly, the finale provided an excellent segue into the real trilogy, The Lord of the Rings. Oh, wait, that's already been done as a trio of movies by these folks; so what the heck, cross that bridge, and watch the LOR trilogy again!

This purchase was to test out a first step into cutting cable. I have had the Leaf antenna for several weeks now, and it works great. Also, it is priced well. Installation, including channel search, was quick and easy. It took a few minutes to get the best location for proper reception, but the result was, and remains, "wow." Perfect HD reception, at least as good as cable had been. My next step is getting a good DVR (hard to find these days) for my primary TV, since most of my viewing is time shifted. Given the experience with the Leaf antenna, I expect to get another one for the primary TV when I find a suitable DVR.

As a long time Pink Floyd fan, I eagerly awaited the release of this CD. I opted for the box set with the BD, etc. The music did not disappoint; however, I'd recommend buying the CD and save your money without the extras. The BD is disappointing in that it's contents were not what I had anticipated. That's why I gave a 4 rating. It's pretty much some recorded activity in the studio. Interesting to watch once, but no great shakes. I would recommend, with the stated caveat.

I was looking for an inexpensive desk calculator(no advanced math or scientific calculations needed), and this one fills the bill. My only complaint with it, which is why I rated it a 4, is that it appears not to do "chain" calculations. To be fair, it may do it, but not in the normal manner. That said, for the price paid, it is a good value; and I would recommend it with a caveat regarding the "chain" issue.

Best Buy customer for over 20 years and RZ Silver customer, so long time BB fan. Took my laptop in for the Geek Squad to upgrade it to Win 8 under the GS support plan....BIG MISTAKE! When my laptop was returned, nearly 2 weeks later, after about an hour of use, my touchpad stopped working and other functions began to fail. Took it back, and several days later it was returned. The next day, it failed. Took it back ,and several more days later it was returned with assurances that all was working fine........worked about 1 hour after I got it home, then crashed again! Now, have written to management and awaiting reply. In this case, Geek Squad support has been a totally worthless experience!
