Do this T.V play ISO files

If you mean the DVD saved as the standard folder structure to burn discs, no. I transcode mine to M4V - try Handbrake, it's free, on your computer.

do you need a wireless router on this tv. We connected everything, but cannot stream. We have wireless

This TV connects to the existing WiFi in your home and needs no added equipment to connect. Mine was easy to set up. Try it again.

Absolutely! There's a standard stereo mini out plug AND and optical audio port.

Does the tv display a ota program guide for current and future broadcasts?

Well, not for broadcast TV. Just whats on at the moment.

Can I download Fox News on this tv?

We watch Fox News, Netflix and Amazon Prime. We pay an outrageous cable bill every month for junk we do not watch. We only like Fox News and movies.

I did not see a FOX cable news app, but there is a Fox broadcast TV app.

Can I connect my laptop using WIFI to Roku TV

If I no longer have cable TV can I watch a news program on my laptop and view it on the Roku TV?

I could not find a way to broadcast from my laptop to this TV. You'll need an AppleTV or Firecast or some such device designed to do that.

(There are some free Roku apps that say they support broadcasting from an iPad. I tried one and it did not work for me. But with further research you may be able to run an app on the TV and broadcast your laptop)

How is the sound quality?

I'd say it's average for a modern tv. This is, good enough to watch the local news, but you'll want speakers for movies. I hooked up an old 2:1 speaker system from a computer system and it sounds great.

How can i get regular stations

I use rabbit ears to get high def local channels and they look better than on cable (which is often a more compressed signal).
