This tv has a superb picture, and a modern design. It works great with Ruku, Amazon Prime video, Netflix and streaming services like Pluto TV. The wireless is robust and the on demand from Amazon looks near Blu-Ray quality with programs listed as high def.
For a cinematic effect i paired this TV with a set on 2:1 powered speakers.

WHAT OTHER features do it include? Words ,PowerPoint, excel?
You'll have to by the MS Office apps, however this computer comes with the Apple versions, which i use everyday. See Apple.com for a list of apps that come with these computers.

It has the latest OS X. To see the apps included look at Apple.com. There are a lot of great apps with this system!

Can you easily download music/mp3, or do I have to get additional hardware or software installed?
yes, I use iTunes which is included. There is also a Google Music manager available online if you use Amazon to buy music.

Yes, it runs windows very well. You use the supplied software to set it up and you'll need a copy of Windows.

Is this laptop good for gaming
Well, some games, yes. It's not a high end graphic system. That being said, many of the new games written for OS X look incredible on this computer. I'd check out the requirements of your intended games. The display on this computer is lovely.
