If you're looking to drag an expensive wet rag across your floor, this is the product for you.
Save yourself $100, buy a decent mop and you'll get cleaner floors.
It really just produced a lot of water all over the floor and almost no real cleaning. And yes, I followed the directions exactly. I even tried to look up tutorials on the Web in case I was missing something.
It simply doesn't work, and I suspect no steam mop really works.
What's great about it: It's pretty well-built.
What's not so great: It doesn't clean pretty much at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
