I read the VC Andrews books years ago and also saw the original movie (and have fond memories of it even though it has been years since I've seen it). This was a quite good version of the story too. All of the actors did a good job with their parts and I am looking forward to the next film in the series from Lifetime. It's nice they are doing things like this. I haven't watched anything on Lifetime since they cancelled Blood Ties.

This is a great series. Very interesting and complex. You wouldn't think you'd be fascinated watching Russian spies (against one's own country), but it really is a well done and compelling series.

I loved season one of Copper and season two did not disappoint at all. The only complaint I have is that they seem to wrap up most of the stories at least somewhat sufficiently before the last episode. Then there is a great, pretty much self-contained story (road trip), however, the last 5+ minutes set up a whole new, really interesting story line and the show was cancelled. I knew it was cancelled before I got it and it was still completely worth seeing, but to almost get to the end with everything resolved and then have such potential left hanging from just the last few minutes . . . it was just frustrating. I still wouldn't have missed seeing and owning it.
