Get a new perspective with this Manfrotto 290 aluminum tripod and ball head. This makes some nice video and is a lot better than using the DSLR ,, the video files are .mts files that you have to convert to play on other devices or players ,, it can convert to .mp4 files ,, but only the middle resolution and is a step you manually have to do within the camcorder ... Using this ,, the biggest benefit is the auto focus while recording that my DSLR cannot do ...

Being smaller and half the weight and length of my bigger tripod is easier to carry on hikes ,, 6lbs is no issue ,, I put 8 lbs on and it was little shaky but works ... This actually extends to about 70" tall ,, but advertises as 65" max ,, which is more than perfect that I don't have to bend over to shoot

how large is the basket, how many cups?
one review said it was large enough for the family, well I really need to know how large is it. how many cups or qts of food does it hold?
the basket measures about 7.25 inches square ,and 3.5 inches deep ,, so you just need to do the conversion to cups or oucnes from there ...if you half fill the basket with frozen FF ,, it will fill a 10 inch plate
