Good morning. My name is ***** ***** I'll be assisting you with your microwave today. This error you're getting means that the touch control panel has failed. The unit is only 2 months old so it's definitely still covered under warranty, but unless there was a lot of steam around the microwave from cooking something underneath or whatnot, then I would call warranty and they will replace the touchpad at no charge. If you think too much moisture may have built up causing this issue, just flip the breaker off or unplug the microwave for 24 hours first and then try again after it dries out before you call warranty.
