Good morning. My name is ***** ***** I'll be assisting you with your microwave today. This error you're getting means that the touch control panel has failed. The unit is only 2 months old so it's definitely still covered under warranty, but unless there was a lot of steam around the microwave from cooking something underneath or whatnot, then I would call warranty and they will replace the touchpad at no charge. If you think too much moisture may have built up causing this issue, just flip the breaker off or unplug the microwave for 24 hours first and then try again after it dries out before you call warranty.

I was just wondering about ordering a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge without an upgrade on my Verizon account. Would I checkout with the "Unactivated Device" option? If I select to use an upgrade it wont allow me to complete the purchase, if I click "Add This Device To My Account" it seems to want me to start an entirely new 2-year contract. Unactivated Device is the only other option I figure this is what I would want to select at checkout but I just want to double check with one of you before I go placing orders for something extremely expensive (as I don't have an upgrade) and potentially messing up my order.

I had to go into the store but did buy the phone outright without a Verizon contract. I would call first to make sure the model/color you want is available though.

If I purchase the unactivated device from Verizon, will I be able to use it with cricket or any other carrier
I have heard that all new Verizon phones are unlocked. This would lead one to believe that you can take it anywhere. I would check with Verizon to be sure though.
