I didn't expect to like Puyo Puyo Tetris, but my wife and I tried out the free demo on the eshop and after a few games we knew we had to buy this game. It is fantastic for pick up and play. And the multiplayer is incredibly fun and hectic. I can't recommend this game enough if you like puzzlers!

Arms is a very neat and unique take on the fighting genre. Rather than 2D, it is a from behind the back 3D fighter. And rather than getting close and punching your opponent, arms is all about keeping your distance and using your spring like arms to strike your opponent with precision accuracy. Arms has a very fun online community, ranked online matches, and a decent single player. The single player Grand Prix is arms only weakness in my mind.
The controls for arms are very intuitive and fun. The motion controls are fantastic and make it really feel like you are in the fight. The characters are incredibly unique and fun. The presentation is just great. I would recommend arms to anyone with a switch

A great game made better

Mario Kart 8 for the Wii u was great. Mario kart 8 deluxe takes that same formula and improved on it in many ways, with a very fun new battle mode, new characters, new vehicles, and all the DLC from the Wii U all packaged together. On top of that, there is new auto steering and accelarate features, which really improve gameplay for new or younger players. But the best feature isn't one unique to the game, it is the mobility of the Switch itself. It's so easy to bring to get togethers, parties, or even to restaurants to play a few races while waiting for food. It is a very social and very accessible console for anyone and everyone, with Mario kart being one of the best games on the system.

My favorite console in a long time

The switch is revolutionary. The ability to take console level games like Breath of the Wild anywhere is an incredible feat. And the switch does it so seamlessly. Putting it in and out of the dock is incredibly easy. The joycons are surprisingly comfortable, whether on the console or individually in each hand. They even work quite nicely for multiplayer holding them sideways, and I have pretty large hands. Everything is just so seamless and well thought out. It took some time with the console to realize all the benefits it actually brings to the table. My wife and I bring it to restataunts and play snipperclips while we wait for food. I can play it at work over lunch. I can bring it to my friends house and have much easier LAN parties than in the past where I had to bring my 360 and a screen to be able to play. Now all I need to bring is this tablet sized device and we are ready to play. It is a wonderful console and I would recommend it to anyone
