I was torn between a Samsung UHD and this LG, but I am now excited and pleased with the LG! It is one of the newer model televisions and it is worth every penny. I also purchased the 5 year protection program with Best Buy. I use to work at Sears a few years back, and the managers would always be afraid of losing business to BestBuy because their products and services are way better.
This television has an amazing picture, the wifi signal is strong, it has surpassed my expectations!

Can you turn off the WiFi router function and use it as just a cable modem?
Yes you are able to turn off the wifi capability and use this solely as a modem!

My grandkids do not have internet. Does this mean they will not have the games?
I am reading answers of "discs are included" to "no discs, only a voucher to download the games". Which is correct????
Some Uncharted bundles come with the actual discs whereas some come with a voucher to redeem. The earlier bundles came with actual discs but now the more newer bundles with come with a post card sized voucher coupon to download from the PlayStation store. In order to do so, YOU MUST BE CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. I am certain that the store you purchased from will not trade the voucher for discs.
