PLEASE READ..... i did about 2 months of research to see which smart thermostat i wanted. i decided on this one because i did not want all the extra bells and whistles that the nest comes with. really think about all the features and if you will use them. this thermostat by Honeywell has the WiFi capability to access with apple and android. you can use home-kit or simply download the lyric app and go from there. it has been great and well worth the price. sometimes bigger is not always better and just because the nest advertising left and right and has the most expensive product also does not mean they are the best.
Now is his t5 the best? maybe not the best on the market but it is a well built product that is made by a credible company that has proven to be great at what they do. Please try this product as you will not be let down!

Yes you are able to turn off the wifi capability and use this solely as a modem!

My grandkids do not have internet. Does this mean they will not have the games?
I am reading answers of "discs are included" to "no discs, only a voucher to download the games". Which is correct????
Some Uncharted bundles come with the actual discs whereas some come with a voucher to redeem. The earlier bundles came with actual discs but now the more newer bundles with come with a post card sized voucher coupon to download from the PlayStation store. In order to do so, YOU MUST BE CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. I am certain that the store you purchased from will not trade the voucher for discs.
