constant "reloading please wait" re netflix. can happen as much as every two minutes
Poor Internet connection. Are you wireless? If so, see if you can connect your netflix player with a hard wired network connection. If that is poor also, have you tried resetting (power off 15 sec) all your devices, and restarting them? Have you run an internet speed test using a home computer, or your smart phone when this happens? (search speedtest on google, watch out for adds though)
Do you have others sharing the internet at the same time? you need a minimum of 3mbs download to have a consistent Netlfix experience.
