Great picture, horrendous remote and operating system. If it wasn’t for this great picture and magnificent HDR with the blacks I would have returned the TV almost immediately. It’s an android-based operating system and it bogs down the television, appears to spy on you, and is so clunky I can’t imagine who designed this. The remote does contain all the menus you would require, however the button layout how are you get to them makes the experience bad. I have an LG TV Samsung TV as well and their system excels way beyond this interface.

I probably didn't need this, I wanted as I was having connectivity issues with my doorbell. Since his cuts the Internet speeds in half and we were getting help and I had to find an alternate solution to boost the signal to my doorbell. It does work quite well as a challenge and may help other installations but not in my situation.

Great company good product, I love their APP and I love the technical support. However the product does function but for me the delay of actually seeing the video from when motion is detected is a bit long. If you do not continue to subscribe to the video recording never know who is at your door. With Alexa so all I have to do is ask her to show me the front door and I see a video. This alone makes the product well worth while. Yep shows I have good Wi-Fi connectivity and I think it's the fact that he communicates to the cloud is what causes the delay.

When Will Firmware Version 5.4 Update Be Available???
My Elite 700's came with firmware version 4, the JBL website mentions the current version as being 5.4, and that if you have version 4, you need to tether your Elites with a micro-USB cable for the initial update, after that future updates occur wirelessly via the iOS app. There's no link for the download though. When will this update be released to those that received firmware version 4?
For headphones with Version 4.0 of the Firmware, the first update will be done via USB cable, and after the first update, all subsequent updates will be delivered over the air. For headsets with version 5.0 of the firmware, all updates will be delivered over the air, via the app

Poor Internet connection. Are you wireless? If so, see if you can connect your netflix player with a hard wired network connection. If that is poor also, have you tried resetting (power off 15 sec) all your devices, and restarting them? Have you run an internet speed test using a home computer, or your smart phone when this happens? (search speedtest on google, watch out for adds though)
Do you have others sharing the internet at the same time? you need a minimum of 3mbs download to have a consistent Netlfix experience.

Can I connect a Roku to my Direct TV box
My tv is plastered on the wall and everything is connected threw a hole in the wall and mounted on a shelf in the backroom. and NATURALLY my direct tv only has one hdmi port.. I read that Direct TV only has outputs so it won't but I just wanted to know from anyone who might of tried connecting it threw the yellow,white,red ports on the directTV?! Thanks
Yellow, red and white are a very poor quality video connection to use! It would be like watching a TV from the 1990's. Not recommended but will work.
