A bit tacky but useable

The Acer ICONIA One 10 is one of many tablets available for the Android platform. The ICONIA features a vivid 10" display but the touch interface is slow and the display has a sticky feel. The tablet is also not the quickest. It has 32 gb of space built-in and expandable using the mSD slot. Features that I like: mSD slot and USB port for charging and external devices. Things I do not like: sound is tinty and not loud enough, overall slowness. Acer has come a long way but the tablet is no worse or better than other 'droid tablets.

Looking for a boost?

There are times when I walk into a warehouse and lose WIFI connectivity. The Linksys Max Stream AC 1900+ WIFI Extender would be perfect for those dead zones. This is part of Linksys's MU-MIMO lineup with network devices that support multiple bands up to 5.3 gbps. The WIFI extender can be placed in any outlet where WIFI signal is poor. I liked the fact that it offers a gigabit port to connect ethernet cable/wired devices. The extender is very easy to setup and intended for just about anyone. The beam force technology means a signal boost.

Ultra powerful high speed WIFI

This is a HUGE ultra powerful tri-band router that provides WIFI speeds up to 5.3 gbps. The router is marketed as a residential, pro-sumer unit but it can easily be used in corporate environments. It seems to be overkill for the average household. It is HUGE, as in BIG, like a set top box. ! I liked that fact that it has 8 gigabit ethernet ports and USB ports. It is future ready! The router is blazing fast, with enough throughput to stream 4K. Good for gamers! The router touts security with SP1 firewall and the normal WPA/WPA2 encryption. I am not knocking the router because it has a purpose. I can provide WIFI to my neighbors and then some!

Have 2yr old Netgear Nighthawk ac1900/r7000 connected to a Spectrum/TW modem and about 350 days left of Norton Security Premium. As much as I like Core-safety sales pitch, is it really so good you'd trash my current router plus 11 month subscription?
