Yes. Back up your drive before you do a system update.The PS4 will guide you through the process. Ask Google for more details.

Will Best buy install for me?
You would have to ask them and what is the total cost for the geek squad time, labor and expenses plus parts. Just Google how do I change hard drives on a Playstation4. Read all the Q&As and watch all the videos. Some are on utube. Stick with a 1 or 2 terabyte drive. A laptop drive. One that's about 5400 rpm. You won't be sorry. Performance drives don't affect PS4s like they do computers.
