Had to call Tech Support, who had me return this model twice because of Software/Hardware issues. On the third install I decided to go with a Netgear - Nighthawk X6 AC3200, which was a breeze to install and setup and had no issues. My recommendation is to go with the X6 you won't regret you did.

This has been our third Keurig brewer, so far it has been an excellent. My only complaint is that Keurig is not including the filter kit with this model and if you wish to add a filter kit the cost is $17.99 plus the shipping.

I almost didn't purchase because of the negative feedback concerning which k-cups would work or not. As of this date all my older Keurig k-cups with the Keurig logo have worked for us, so this brewer has been a pleasant surprise.
The only feature we have yet to try is the 4 cup brew.

Excellent Streaming Device

The only flaw I'm seeing with this device is the ongoing issue with linking it with Netflix accounts. Apparently, this issue hasn't been resolved at the engineer level as of yet. I've been told by an Amazon Technician its a software compatibility issue with the Voice feature of the remote. This is my second device I've tried and experienced the same error issues with Netflix, so if Netflix is going to be your primary channel, I'd be taking a look at a Roku 3, if Netflix is a must have. Once this issue is resolved, I wouldn't hesitate as the specs for this device is second to none.

Great Choice in Router

Set-up was fairly easy and has good range even in a two story home. Only negatives I see with this product, is that tech support coverage is good for 90 days, at this price point it would be nice to see it come with support for the duration of the manufacture warranty period of one year. Second would be attempting to utilize an external drive set-up would require someone who is tech savvy for those who own non-Apple PC's because of format issues with Windows.

What is the maximum number of devices that can be authorized to use Slingbox?
I currently use DirecTv's GenieGo app to watch recorded programs on my mobile devices. However, GenieGo limits you to 5 authorized devices which gets used up pretty quickly between my wife and mine's phones, tablets and notebooks. In order to use an unauthorized device I have to de-authorize one of the others which can be a real annoyance. Again, I'm asking how many devices can be authorized - not how many can use Slingbox simultaneously. Although that's another question I would need answered.
Slingbox will only allow access to one user at a time - if a second user wishes access the first user will be booted off.

Can Slingbox be used with multiple networked DirecTv DVRs?
I have 3 DirecTv DVRs that were networked by DirecTv to allow me to view recorded programs on any of the DVRs at any TV connected to any of the DVRs. Will Slingbox have access to recordings on all 3 DVRs or only the one it is physically connected to?
I've got the same set-up with DirecTV and I'm able to access recording from all my DVRs.

Will this control my Tivo DVR? If so, How?
Can I use the slingbox M1 to stream recorded content from my Tivo HD DVR? How does it send commands to the Tivo unit?
I don't see why not, as the Tivo unit would be controlled via an IR blaster. But I'd be calling Slingbox sales support to confirm. My set-up is with a DirecTV HD DVR and haven't had any issues. Good luck.
