This is my first all-in-one computer. I like that the monitor can be adjusted up and down and tilted. It takes up much less desk space than a laptop and that is a good thing since we travel in a motor home. I was a bit hesitant about Windows 10 but there it is not that much difference from Windows 7. All my programs seem to work just fine. So far so good.

I bought this TV for my sewing room and ended up using it in our bedroom. It is the only white TV I have ever seen and I like it. The picture is great and it has lots of input choices. I have my Dish DVR hooked to it and use my Dish remote. It was easy to sync the Dish remote. The only thing I question is that there are some buttons on the LG remote that I can't figure out what they do and have not been able to find info about them in the instruction manual. I am very satisfied with this TV!!

I been trying to use the Amazon app but wont allow me to insert password . It will only tell me to go to Samsung support as a new member anyone else had this problem ? I can access Netflix okay though .
From what I recall is that when you first try to log into Amazon it wants a number and you have to log into your Amazon account via your computer to activated the Samsung player. Amazon will give you a number that you then enter into the requested box on your Samsung. After that it will let you log into the Amazon app and let you put in your Amazon account information on the Samsung player.

I was thinking about giving an external hard drive to backup my daughters phone. to back up the phone does it need to be backed up to the computer first before going into this external hard drive? If so, is this compatible with vista?
Yes you can use the Seagate external hard drive to copy files from your phone. I have an iPhone and I copy all my pictures to my external drive. I also copy additional computer files to it on a monthly basis. I don't use backup as I have had experience where the restore failed, so I just copy and paste the files that I know are important to me. When I say the restore failed it was not about the Seagate drive - it was when I worked. Hope this helps.
