The HDMI output died on my Sony A/V amp and found it would be cheaper to replace. But, I ran across this HDMI switcher. It works great, Has 4 inputs and switches on it's own. Does have a remote, but I've never had to use it. Picture and sound, great. Sure was cheaper than buying a new amp.

How do I get the second (bottom) fan to turn on? I've had this since May and it has never turned on
Defect, or just not plugged in. look on the side with the hard drive, they are black wires
