The best digital streaming device all round

Truly the best-in-class digital streaming device available on the market right now. I've had a Roku since the version 1 and I now have the Roku 2 in one room and the Roku 3 in our main room.
I have previously owned the Chromecast and Apple TV. Despite being a bit of an Apple fanboy our experience with the Apple TV device was very poor - having to return one and finally giving away the second one to a friend when even Apple could not improve the speed. We were early adopters but still it was a bad experience. The Chromecast in comparison to both the Apple TV and Roku was a very poor effort and kludgy implementation. We ditched it after a week of trying it out since it's just not ready for market IMO. We also have two blue-ray players which include digital streaming interfaces although we no longer use those as the user interfaces are poor; very slow, confusing and no match for a dedicated streaming device.
Roku in general:- GREAT interface enhanced by superb apps. The Roku 3 specifically is faster than other models, noticeably so, and benefits from the remote control working via bluetooth which means you don't have to point the remote at the box to make it work. We've tried some of the games on it too but really the main benefit is a solid movie streaming device - especially for Netflix, Amazon (paid and Prime) as well as YouTube.
I just can't say enough good things about the Rokus - cost effective, reliable and does exactly what it claims to do.

What's great about it: Excellent quality, faster speed than earlier models, bluetooth remote simplifies things too
What's not so great: Annoyingly I can't find anything wrong. If it could record movies that would be great though!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for all laptop power replacements

Our puppy ate our Sony Vaio power supply. We bought this to replace it, it's still working perfectly after two months. The puppy still works fine too but has thankfully progressed to spiders.

Does cannon make a dslr camera with wifi?
Canon PowerShot ELPH 320 has built-in WIFI. There are a number of others that include this. You can also use en EYE-FI card with any of them which effectively provides a WIFI connection for any that support it although I found the EYE-FI setup to be a little convoluted.
