The deftones have really refined their sound lately and it's great. Since the death of chi their bassist they seem to have really gotten atmosphere with this big sound that draws you in. It's gettin me all sweaty just thinking about it.
For being this late into their career hatebreed still puts out some heavy stuff, while it may not be as venomous as "satisfaction is the death of desire" or "perseverance" it's still one angry disc. Great hardcore.
There's not much here I can say to make this look good. It's alright, not having the guy from sugar land anymore... It bothers me. Spend your money elsewhere
Phil is an incredible vocalist and the guitar tone is sick, but that's about all I can say about it. The production is about as over produced and as stale as it gets. Computer sounding drums. No riffs, very weak. Lyrics are complete trash. This band has completely lost its way and fails to recapture the magic they had on their first three albums. Once they started making money they basically became a NU metal band with a death metal vocalist. There's much better stuff you could spend your valuable time on listening too
Skeletonwitch has a new ep with a new vocalist. The music is there and the riffs are too but the vocals ar very stock. Like I've heard it a million times before, it lacks the gritty originality that chance had with his set of pipes. That being said it's still a great ride.
I had heard from numerous sources that Russell was great and that this movie was a "total bloodbath". It was not, it was lots and lots of talking, no action... Heck it's a western with zero shootouts... Terrible plot horrible ending and the cgi was laughable. 2 hours of my life I will unfortunately never see again.
A man brings loved ones back to life after burying them in an ancient cursed Indian burial ground... You can guess what happens after Stephen King writes the rest. Brutal.!
Another timeless classic from the master of horror, Stephen King. I don't want to spoil this movie if you haven't seen it, but rest assured you need too.
