Greed. If this game had been free to play with a cash system or 60 without the pay to win structure it could have been a better game. The purchases are not just cosmetic they effect the power structure of the game creating an unbalanced experience.

If you liked Persona you will like this game, they have many of the same features and feel. Persona is a bit more polished and stylish but blue reflection, while smaller budget, has it’s own charm.
Equal parts traditional rpg battles and social interactions expect a game slower than an action rpg and with more visual novel elements than some traditional turn based games.
That animations are good but not great, and the voice is all japanese voice over no English dub.

As a solo game destiny 2 has a good story plot action but falls a little shy of being an excellent experience.
This game truly shines when having a dedicated group of pals. The imbalances and lack of story elements get placed into the game by the adventure your group creates.
It's worth playing for solo but sticking around for a group.

I love many things about this game. The art style is excellent enough to overcome the less than top quality graphics. The music is perfectly in march with the style of the game. The characters are vibrant and you find yourself attached to them and their problems. However I can't give this game more than an 8 out of 10.
Problems I had with this game.
While the story is good the pacing created some dull and slow rhythm to the pace of the game. (long stretches of written dialog)
Little pay off to completing the companion missions.

Load times, lack of story early on bring down game

I bought this game just because I have faith in Bethesda...and should have waited.
Game play: the combat system is decent however I feel like they made combat more challenging than it needed to be. I understand that they may have done this so you would be scared of what is around the corner, but ultimately it turned into a shooter that was easier that run from everything than fight it.
Load times: This is what made a 4 star game into a 3 star. When it takes longer to load a level than cross over to the next area and wait for a load again you have a problem. High end PC users may not have this difficulty but it was an issue on the PS4.
Story: Some nice moments (4 of 5 rating) but the lack of any significant intro (by design) pushed all of the story elements to later in the game or things you had to discover by reading email and clues left behind to discover. You getting very little in the way of interaction with other characters.
Graphics: Perhaps the best part about the game is the graphics, still the levels offer only mild changes of environment as nice as they are.
Leveling system: Not bad for a break from the traditional exp system...goes with the run from everything style of play it encourages.
Crafting system: Good and well balanced for different play styles.

Knowing what I know now I would only play this game on a high end PC or perhaps the PS4 Pro...the load times on the PS4 are brutal and keep what should be a 4 out of 5 game just average and to frustrating to enjoy.
