We love this external hard drive. We put all of our movies in this and can now access the movies on any Bluetooth TV or device to watch our movies instead of having to change dvds all the time. My son needed a mouse for his laptop. He likes using the mouse over the pad on the laptop. He likes the small size, yet it is large enough for his hand. My hubbies Samsung phone only has internal memory and can't add any more. For some reason it won't work on his phone. He wanted to put his music and audio books on it to have a little more memory available on his phone, but the phone for some reason wouldn't recognize it. Sill makes for good backup for computer work.

Having seen all the Jungle Book movies before, I wasn't sure if another could be any better. I was wrong. This version was really enjoyable! I don't know how they can keep rewriting the storyline and still keep it familiar and close to the original story, but they did it again!

We needed to store more movies than we had room on our other external hard drives. We put all the movies we have on externals so that we can watch any movie we want quickly, rather than having to search through all the dvd's that we own. Much easier to see a list and pick and click than try to figure out which box of dvd's a movie is in and where that box is.

Is window 10 different from office? How important is office?
Office is important only if you want to use the programs that are in it. If you plan on using any of the applications in office you need to get it. The templates they have are endless for everything from writing letters or even just making a list of Dvd's like I did for the boxes and boxes of movies we own. What is available in office is not available on Windows 10 in that Windows is an operating system. Office is like putting an app in your computer to make you computer do the things you want to do. I always have office in my computer so I can use it when I need it. Go online and check out what Office can do, and what different programs are in it. It even includes a free email service called Outlook that is excellent.

1. Is this compatible with macbook and windows 10? 2. How do you install? Is there software? If there is software and macbook DOES NOT have an internal drive, do I use this external drive to install cd?
It should say on the box if it is mac or apple compatible. No problems with windows 10. Your computer probably already has the software in it. This drive is to be used to install any program or game or movie that is on CD or DVD.

Will it connect to a Lenovo thinkpad Y14 (20y). Or does it need a special y-type usb 2.0 connector? Im using windows 10 and the thinkkpad also has a usb 3.0 Port.
Should just connect through the USB port. I have used this type, but a little older and they always were USB.
