This hard hitting release from the historical drama series Vikings includes all 10 episodes of the show's second season, following the dramatic adventures of Medieval Scandinavian warriors.
The second season is even better as we continue the upward climb of Ragnar in the hierarchy of this Viking tribe. History Channel has spared no expense for the costumes and locations. The writing is superb with some sense of medieval history and religion included as well the fun dialogue. There are certain themes to each story that build to an even greater end point so you just can't stop watching this show.

Unless you are a Broadway purist then this is a terrific new movie production of Annie with a bunch of new songs and a terrific cast. The new Annie is played by Quvenzhané Wallis and she sings wonderfully as well as Jamie Foxx who steals the show in his numbers and the big surprise was Rose Byrne who can also belt out a tune. Cameron Diaz has a nice comic role as Miss Hanigan and let's leave it at that. Totally kid friendly and fun!

Exciting martial arts film with a decent storyline with intrigue involving the Imperial Guard set in the Ming Dynasty. Actors do a great job and the fight scenes aren't that overly exaggerated and over the top. Sorry too much fake blood and storyline content is definitely not for little ones.

Leave it to Joseph Gordon- Levitt to make a film about an unhappy, bartender who engages in empty relationships because he has mentally disconnected with the reality of dating women while subconciously supporting his s*x addiction through his random hook-ups with women and lots of p*rn watching. A quiet testament to guys and girls addicted to P*rn.

The mad adventures of the outrageous and unflappable Hotel concierge, Gustave H. and his sidekick, lobby boy Mr. Moustafa at the famously, fictional Grand Budapest Hotel stage is set in between the first and second World War. The film has an all star cast headed by Ralph Fiennes, F. Murray Abraham, Adrien Brody, Willem Defoe, Harvey Keitel, Jude Law, Ed Norton, Tilda Swinton, Tom Wilkinson, and even Bill Murray. A terrificly fun film but not for the little ones because of adult situations.

If you're familiar with the musical Annie and not a Broadway purist then you are in for a wonderful surprise with the updated versions of "Hard Knock Life" and "Tomorrow" for the film. The performances by Quvenzhané Wallis, Rose Byrne and Jamie Foxx are outstanding especially when they sing some of the all new songs for the movie.

This action-adventure chronicles the escapades of a swashbuckling and brutal pirate, Captain Flint (Toby Stephens), his shipmates and his rivals in the early 18th-century Caribbean. The series is a prequel to Robert Louis Stevenson's "Treasure Island," and is set 20 years before the events depicted in that literary classic. While bounding the Spanish Main and jolly-rogering across the seas, Flint accepts a young recruit, John Silver (Luke Arnold), to join his crew, while later quashing a mutiny, questing for treasures, broadsiding other pirate vessels and exchanging fire with the ships of the British Navy who have been charged with blowing Flint out of the water.

Best pirate drama ever produced with bits of actual British sea faring lore and history for realism. How does the Captain, just one man keep control of a ship's crew? How do you exchange raw materials such as sugar, cotton or spices for gold? Where are the safe ports that can keep you out of sight from the British or Spanish Navies? Don't mess this series!

Terrific premise with a Jor-El that is part Warrior and Scientist in the Kryptonian Hierarchy. Confusing scene where Jonathan Kent is killed by the tornado which seemed out of place instead of the traditional heart attack. Death of General Zod still disturbing to the Superman faithful that Kal would never take a life but find a smarter better way to overcome his enemies in battle. Superman's compassion and great admiration for life would never allow him to be a killer no matter what the circumstance. A better scene could have been Superman lasering Zod's eye lids shut with super heat vision and then tossing him into the Phantom Zone. It's time to bring out the Big Bad Villains like Brainiac or Darkseid or Doomsday for a fresh new story line instead of rehash tagging Lex Luthor.
