A few things to keep in mind for your satisfaction: 1. The altitude will effect the gage readings and you will need to adjust the settings for that, and 2. Turn on the device first before installing each tiregage. This will enable an accurate reading and to avoid no readings at all on your smartphone. I hope that helps. Not sure if the stopper system to remove air actual preserves the taste of the wine better than a regular wine stopper. I actually use an old cork for that purpose, yet the stoppers are fun to use. Though these are over the ear, I would consider these open back headphones with the music can be heard when on. Thus, these probably do not block out all the noise from the environment. If you are needing complete noise blocking, then would recommend noise canceling headphones such as Bose and Sony. The price will be significantly higher though with not much sonic improvements.
