My husband bought this for me for Christmas. I couldn't believe the price he paid but said it was a gift for him as well since he didn't like the smell of burnt hair. I must say, now that I've used it for a full month that I love it. It dries my hair extremely fast and is light weight and not as noisy as my other hair dryer. Also, no more burnt hair smell. I don't know the mechanics of it but it dries hair great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the cost.

When I purchased the Tap I thought it was a portable speaker for the echo. It's actually it's own device. Yes, it's portable, can operate wireless.
It does work with the same "alexa" set up. The Echo operates with no hands…you can simply speak to Alexa. The tap has a microphone button you need to hold down to speak to Alexa. Great sound quality. Rechargeable base unit.

My 2009 iMac is running El Capitan 10.11.6. I run an Epson WF 2540 attached via USB. What else do I need to do to connect a Ff-640? Do I have to download both the drivers AND the software via Epson site? Will the scanner and printer be companionable?

I just purchased Amazon Echo. Does anyone know if Tap works together with Echo, or is it a "separate" thing?
It's its own device…but the Alexa feature is shared…meaning if you save a song on the Echo..then you can obtain it as well

Yes…that's the advantage. Disadvantage is you need to hold down microphone button to talk to Alexa.
