The Philips Norelco 3500 series trimmer is an excellent body groomer as always with some long needed upgrades to create a much better grooming experience. The rounded edges on the shaving head makes grooming more sensitive parts a much better experience than ever before. The included grooming guards and back attachment make shaving by yourself and easier experience than ever. Overall I think the improvements for this model are small but necessary and make the whole experience better than ever.

The Rug Doctor - Pro gives you professional level cleaning in your own home. With easy to fill and empty canisters, replacable brush, and heavy weight the Rug Doctor - Pro is easy to use and works amazingly. The only complaint that I have is about there is no assisted rolling on this unit and with the weight of this unit it would be a nice addition. After cleaning a room it is a bit of a workout with how heavy this unit is. That said the weight of the unit does help it clean much deeper than carpet cleaners that are much lighter.

Security is a fine balance of protection vs ease of use, I believe NordVPN has struck a fine balance between the two with top of the line VPN security and ease of use across multiple platforms and devices. NordVPN has applications for iOS, Android, MAC, PC, Linux, and can be enabled by default on some hardware such as routers. For the devices that don't support these applications NordVPN provides instructions for manually setting up your VPN on any device to protect your internet privacy. There are also browser extensions to protect your internet traffic on your Chrome or Firefox browser if you would like to be able to game on your computer but still want to protect your browser traffic.
NordVPN also includes a feature they call CyberSec that protects you from various threats to include blocking ads, malware protection, phishing and prevents your computer from being involved in DDoS attacks. Overall NordVPN offers top of the line security, good speed, ease of use, and additional features that are not normally included in a VPN service but ultimately add to your protection as a user.

I am continually confused with Google's direction when it comes to the Chromebooks, there is not enough functionality/ease of use to make this a computer replacement, and not enough extra features to make it anything more than an oversized tablet with amazing but ultimately unnecessary specs.
I wish they would make it easier to incorporate PC features but it always seems that to do anything that a PC could do easily there are either so many workarounds that are needed or it's just impossible to get the same functionality on this device. You can't download PC programs and for a lot of things there just are not the apps available to recreate the same functionality.
I really wish I could like this device, the ability to back up your work when you're offline and have it upload once you have a connection is great, the hardware is amazing but unnecessary in this package, Google's sync across all your apps makes it easy to pick up your work back at home or wherever. There are so many great features on this device that are unfortunately hindered by what feels like an incomplete operating system that would be better suited on a tablet half the size of this.
It is hard for me to recommend this to anyone, at this price point you can either get a much more capable tablet or PC or entry level versions of both. This Chromebook just ends up feeling like a very oversized media tablet.

This is by far one of the best smart TV experiences I have ever had on a TV. The processor on this TV is amazing and is by far the snappiest, fastest processor that I have ever seen built into a TV. Typically smart TV's are very sluggish and have next to no useful applications installed or available. Since this TV features the same interface and apps as any other Fire TV device you have a multitude of options ranging from Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and many more apps.
Picture quality is amazing and surprisingly the sound is quite good for a TV. I would still use a sound bar but that is just my preference. My only complaint with this TV is the remote is too simplistic and can not be programmed for any additional devices such as a cable box or DVD player which ends up with needing several remotes just to watch anything. It is easily solved by getting a good smart remote but it is very frustrating that manufacturers are starting to go to this model of very limited bare bones remotes (or in some cases no remote at all). Overall this is an amazing TV and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

First I would like to state my experience in graphic arts which is absolutely zero, I have done traditional art but never done more than mess around with the paint program on PC. So this whole experience was new to me.
The instructions are super minimal with only a website link to begin the registration and then download the required software from Wacom. The instructions also include an illustration demonstrating how to change out the replaceable pen nib. Registration is just a matter of creating or signing into a Wacom account. If you create the account you will have to check your email to finish the registration. Once the Wacom software is downloaded and runs on PC it will need to restart Mac does not have to. After restart or install run the Wacom Desktop program that installed and it will prompt you to download any necessary drivers for your product. You can also go to your account on Wacom and select 2 of the 3 available software downloads which are all very good programs and do different things. Each of these has videos and tutorials to help you get into graphical arts.
The tablet and pen itself take some time to get used to but all the settings and sensitivity can be adjusted through the Wacom software to your preference. There are shortcuts along the top of the tablet that can be configured for desktop mode and for each of your drawing programs as well. The same can be done with the buttons on the pen itself. Overall the tablet and pen are a great tool for artists that are interested in graphical arts and are looking for an entry point into it. With a relatively low cost easy setup and 2 included software programs that help you get into graphics arts the Wacom Intuos tablet is a great buy.

The Sony SP-600N Noise cancelling headphones are a great pair of wireless sports headphones that fit well and are extremely lightweight. Being in ear headphones the noise cancellation can be hit or miss on quality depending on the surrounding ambient noise. But with that being said these really are a very good pair of sports wireless Bluetooth headphones. They are incredibly lightweight and once seated properly in your ears are nearly impossible to come out on their own. The sound quality is top notch with just enough bass to give the music some real feeling. The inline controls are simple to use and pretty much expected nowadays on any Bluetooth headphones. There are several different sized ear plugs and 2 different sizes designed to keep the headphones in your ear. Overall enough sizes for practically anyone with enough mixing and matching to fit your ears.

The Acer Nitro fills a very important role in the mid level gaming category that I feel is desperately needed at this time in the PC gaming market. With a good price point and great price per performance this is a great laptop for anyone looking to get into PC gaming or anyone who wants an all around good PC gaming laptop.
The GTX 1050 card that is integrated into the laptop is still a very capable card in this day and age and can play most games on high to ultra depending on the age of the game and the required hardware specs for higher settings. The IPS monitor ensures good screen visibility from almost any angle and looks amazing. The 1TB hard drive seems slow in comparison to todays SSD's on most laptops but for a gaming PC meant to hold several games I can see the reason for going with a larger more traditional hard drive at this price point.
Overall this laptop is a great performing laptop and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good mid level gaming PC.

Excellent Headphones for Working Out

The JBL Under Armour Sport Flex Headphones are an excellent pair of headphones for anyone looking for headphones that can keep up with their active lifestyle. With adjustable tension on the neckband which allows you to adjust the tension based on your activity. The audio is amazingly crisp and clear and has decent amount of bass for headphones this small.
My only complaint is that while the neckband is adjustable the back can seem slightly tight if you have a larger neck. It is only slightly noticeable to me due to my neck size and tendency to not like having anything around my neck. If these are not issues for you it will not even be noticeable to you.
If you are looking for an excellent pair of sports headphones I would highly recommend these pair for you.

Amazing product for people with hearing problems

The Bose Hearphones are an amazing product for anyone looking for an option to help with their hearing difficulties. As a military veteran I have great difficulty listening to conversations where there is a lot of background noise due to my hearing loss. The Hearphones help greatly by allowing you to focus on the noise that matters not all the background unimportant noise. The microphones on each of the headphones pick up and amplify the conversations you would like to hear.
With a Bluetooth connection you can also make and take phone calls and listen to music. The Hearphones are compatible with Apple and Android phones allowing you to use voice commands with the built in AI on either type of phone. The music and call quality are top notch and the ability to amplify and focus in on specific conversations is just icing on the cake.

What is the current standard for secured WI-FI?
I am interested in putting together a wireless network. I understand that WPA, WEP, WEP2, and TKIP have been compromised. What is the current standard for secured WI-FI?
WPA and WPA2 are still the most used security standards used and as long as you are not using a weak short password and instead use a longer more secure password (letters, numbers, and symbols), it is still a very secure standard. However, on routers that have WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) enabled, it can be used as a backdoor into your network through brute force. On most routers this is easily disabled, and in my opinion unnecessary on your own home network, but on other routers it is unable to be disabled leaving a way for your network to be hacked into. As with all security it is impossible to create a system that will not at some point be circumvented with enough time and patience, however for networking security standards WPA is still the best and safest option due to the enormous amount of time and effort involved with actually hacking into it if a good password is used.
As a note if you have any devices using WEP replace them as soon as possible since it is a matter of minutes to hack into devices using that method of security.
