I wish they would provide a USB to standard wall outlet charger with these, instead of just relying on the customer having available USB charging ports. Lots of song variety in these 3 CDs. I have not yet watched the video, but have enjoyed all these discs while playing them during my work day. They sure help me keep my productivity high! The soul is there, the band is tight, this group gave some great shows during this period. I wish I could have seen one of these live in person. I would pull a disc out maybe once a week. Always enjoyable. A keeper.

I always thought the horns sounded pretty harsh at the end of "Take It Away" on the vinyl and subsequent CD -more than likely due to the early digital recording. I think this remix has helped as much as can be helped on that. It seems to me that they pushed it a bit in the background, but it's a more pleasant sound. I also like that "Rainclouds" was added to the deluxe version. This is the first time (I think) that it's been on CD. Considering the early digital limitations, I think this is the best this will sound, so I give it five stars.

Originally I was not intending to purchase this, but I gave it a sampling and was dragged in. I would say that he has his guests stick fairly closely to the original interpretations on these tracks. However, I feel that the general groove of the album is one of joy and friendship, and they seem to have had a good time recording these tunes. It's staying in my library.
