In this update of Washington Irving's classic tale, Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) wakes up in the 21st century but finds his 18th-century nemesis, the Headless Horseman, has also come along for the ride. After a local sheriff (Clancy Brown) is killed, Crane teams up with Det. Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie) to sort out the mystery and its historical implications, though her supervisor, Capt. Frank Irving (Orlando Jones) is skeptical of all the supernatural shenanigans. And as Season 1 unfolds, these otherworldly events include encounters with menacing demons, frightening explorations of purgatory and impending visits by the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

A very good series that is a lot better than expected. Very good storylines and very good acting keep it heads above the usual supernatural/horror type of show.

The sixth season of this crime drama opens with Beckett (Stana Katic) accepting a marriage proposal from Castle (Nathan Fillion). However, their road to the altar gets a little bumpy when Beckett also accepts a new high-profile job in Washington, D.C. Meanwhile, things don't go smoothly for Castle and Alexis (Molly Quinn) when he doesn't approve of the new boyfriend she's brought home from Costa Rica. Castle gets a glimpse at what parenthood would be like a second time when he and Beckett temporarily care for a baby who was carried into a church by a man dying from gunshot wounds. And Ryan (Seamus Dever) and his wife excitedly prepare for their first child, but she goes into labor while Ryan is investigating a dangerous arson case.

Castle has been one of the best television shows over the last few years. Nathan Fillian is incredible as Richard Castle and he brings a charm to the character that is reminiscent of James Garner with his role as Jim Rockford.
While Castle has been a great show, this should have been it's last season since (like all shows) it has not been as well written and feels like it is grasping for storylines.

A nice movie for the entire family and a great movie for a date. Not a great love story--but it will do. The acting is average and that is because of the female lead who looks like she is struggling to play the part. The chemistry is average between the two leads and that takes away from the film. It is still a good film, but a better romantic movie: Roman Holiday, While You Were Sleeping, Return to Me.

What's great about it: A nice comedy/love story about the ugly duckling becoming a beautiful goose
What's not so great: Bogs down in parts and gets boring

The Garlean Empire has delegated a substantial army to attack and successfully capture its southern neighbor, Eorzea, after having long desired Eorzea's rich, abundant resources. But on the way, the Garlean Empire's invading commander is plagued by delusional, hysteric thoughts. Finally giving way to complete lunacy, the commander secretly devises to rip the moon from its place in the heavens and heave it down upon the land. The people uncover the commander's destructive intention at the final moment and beseech the gods on bended knee to intervene on their behalf — but the gods turn a deaf ear to their prostrated pleas. Bahamat — an ancient terror who has been smoldering with fury for generations — wrenches forth from within the moon, where he has been imprisoned with only his insatiable wrath for company. But at the 11th hour, a powerful magus summons the last bit of his strength to send all of Eorzea's heroes into a temporal rift, where they have been suspended in a motionless, timeless state — until now.Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is an MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role-playing game) that lets you sojourn through the realm of Eorzea with a multitude of players from around the world, forming tightly knit friendships, boarding airships, mounting chocobos and more. You can travel solo or enlist the help of your companions as you launch legendary expeditions, combat familiar Final Fantasy monsters and obtain a host of unique abilities and equipment. Quickly change to any of the 18 different classes by simply switching your current weapon or tool. All of the classic features of the Final Fantasy franchise are still present, with a riveting storyline, stupendous graphics and real-time, high-definition cutscenes, backdropped by breathtaking music penned by talented Final Fantasy series composers. A Realm Reborn lets you band together with people from around the planet to create a unique series of outcomes and events. What will your story look like?

FF is a nice game, but unlike other PS4/PS3 MMOs (DC Universe Online for example) it requires too many skills that are not easy to access when using the PS4 controller. Tanking is too difficult in this game and it is why most people play DPS.

The third season of Falling Skies picks up just seven months after the 2nd Mass devastated Charleston, South Carolina, upon their arrival. With Tom having been elected to political office in the interim, the resistance continues to mount whatever opposition they can to keep the alien invaders from gaining full control.

Falling Skies is a great science fiction show and well worth watching. It is the best sci-fi since Firefly and Farscape. The only negative is that there are so few episodes per year.
