Good video quality, Install in some cars difficult

A great dash cam at a low price. Offers pretty good video quality in a tiny package. My biggest complaint is the lack of a memory card. Memory cards really aren't all that expensive anymore, especially for a company that can purchase them in bulk to package with their product. Why not just package it in rather than pass that off to the consumer?
The rear cam option is nice, but will require some serious install work. There's a really long tether that is required and no one wants a cord laying around in their car, so you'll need to get it installed up under trim, etc to hide the wires. It works fine in a rear window, but not so much in a convertible as the window isn't as big.
Lastly, the camera itself is tiny, but in some cars with collision avoidance systems and auto-cruise control there's already a camera assembly behind the rear view mirror. That can make installing this discreetly behind the mirror a bit tight.
In today's current road conditions, I don't know why you wouldn't have a dash cam. People are driving like animals. Stay safe out there!

Beats a swiffer

If you're used to getting old the old fashioned mop and bucket or a swiffer this might be the mop for you. This one makes cleaning up your hardwoods quick and easy. In some ways it reminds me of the old floor buffer your school janitor used...only not quite as big.
I can't really speak for any big sticky, dirty messes, but I used this a couple times now on everyday cleaning of oak floors and it seems to do a pretty good job. It goes really quickly not having to deal with a mop/bucket, and even better than a swiffer I don't need to wear myself out pacing the floor back and forth and changing out dirty pads. This thing pretty much does all the work for you once you turn it on.
If you're looking for a quick clean and shine and don't want to hassle with a swiffer and changing out pads and whatnot, this may be the device for you.

Well designed, durable mic

This is a very sturdy mic for the purposes of streaming. It's not real ideal for everyday gaming as a boom on headphones is typically better at picking up voices. Friends were saying that the quality of the sound coming from the mic was similar to that of the kinect. My guess is that was because of the proximity of the mic to me. If you're sitting at a table where it's closer to mouth level it probably sounds a lot better.
The mic itself seems well designed and is very sturdy. It's a compact device with a lot of heft to it. You won't have to worry about knocking it over accidentally.
The best part is that it's compatible with just about any platform. So that one purchase will be good on both PC or Xbox/PS.
In all, I would recommend this if you're into streaming and doing podcasts.

Great Sound, Good Battery Life

My son uses these on his mobile phone to listen to music. They sound great and the battery life is quite good. They are reasonably lightweight and are pretty comfortable to wear. They do tend to fall just a bit short on the noise-canceling, but that's just because my only comparison are the bose headphones and they are beast mode for noise cancellation. All in all I would recommend these as they still reduce exterior sounds enough that you ignore everyone around you while getting your jam on.

Great CPU/RAM, Cheap GPU, Lousy Bloatware

The specs are all there for this to be a really great PC. It boots really fast and seems to get around with ease. I really like that HP opted to include a wireless kb and mouse. They are really cheap in build quality (as is the pc case), but it's better than the usual corded nonsense you typically get with most PCs. That keyboard is crazy though...the keys are arranged in a very strange manner.
Overall the PC is quiet....all except for the Hard Drive...that thing makes a lot of noise. You cannot hear the fans inside the case though.
I think where this PC really fails is with regards to the integrated GPU on the Intel chip. The Intel 630 is simply not up to snuff when it comes to a PC with an i7. It should have come with discrete graphics. There should be a decent Nvidia card in here so you can really enjoy what the PC has to offer in terms of power.
As with any off the shelf PC you'll deal with bloatware. This is really the only reason I took off a star. I struggled a good bit with HP's Support Assistant. The machine rebooted to install updates and afterwards wouldn't connect to my monitor anymore. I had to move it to a different monitor. I've yet to troubleshoot that, but once I get a chance to I will try the other monitor again. Lastly, HP's support assistant went through a couple updates and then wouldn't launch anymore. I ended up having to uninstall it and go download a new copy from HP's site. It's just a real drag having to deal with stuff like that.
Overall, I'd recommend the PC to people who want a PC with some power, but who aren't looking to play games. Unless you're willing to drop another $500+ for a good GPU you're kinda stuck with solitaire. The price to me is a little high considering you can build your own gaming PC for just a bit more money. If I were going to get this machine again I'd wait until it was down in price to around $600-700.

Antivirus with other bundled services

It's antivirus. I've no idea if it works or not to be honest. I'm assuming it will, but I'm not planning on going out to contract some viruses on my machine. :)
The install was fairly simple. There was a problem when activating the key to turn my account on. If you don't put the hyphens in, it will throw an error saying the code is wrong.
I personally chose to not install the shopkeeper browser plugin. I didn't want to load up my browser with memory hogging addins. Moreover I didn't want this software tracking my shopping habits or attempting to "big brother" my purchasing.
Overall, I didn't see any performance hits and there was a nice option to silence all the alerts from the app so it won't badger me about things. I simply don't have a lot of ways to really test this without putting my pc at some sort of risk.
I would say that it's kinda annoying for it to mention pc performance problems only to try to sell you another of their product line. Since it's a paid product I don't see much point in it having ads inside. I'm also not a huge fan of subscription based AV.
The AVG product seems to be fairly well regarded in the business so I wouldn't be too concerned about using it. If you can get a good deal on it, go for it!
**Another note: it did seem to hobble my ability to manage my linksys router using routerlogin.com. I figure there's a workaround, but I haven't looked into it. I had to connect to the router using the routers internal ip.

Another nice speaker with Google Assistant builtin

I'm loving all the options in this space. Amazon Echo/Alexa is so limited to just the Amazon platform, but with these Google Assistant speakers you can get all kinds of devices from Android TV to Headphones and Speakers.
This speaker is pretty decent. It's got a nice compact shape and size. The display is easily read and you can adjust the brightness on it which is good if you're putting it in a bedroom. The sound quality is a little muddy, but overall it produces a nice volume. You can't expect miracles out of a single tiny speaker. I'd say that the volume on this is superior to that of the Google Home mini and on par with that of the Google Home.
As well, it has a bluetooth receiver in it for pairing up devices to it for music, etc.
The speaker also has a built-in usb port with 1amp output for charging phones and the like. This is quite convenient for the bedside table. I'd recommend giving it a try if you're in the market for a new alarm clock/smart speaker.

Best in class PDF authoring tool

While I'm not overly crazy about the subscription model for Acrobat Pro, it certainly gets the job done. It does all the usual things like reading PDFs, printing, etc. What Pro gets you is some best in class functionality around authoring and editing of PDFs. The ability to send pictures to PDF, or convert images to text and build forms is quite handy. I try to limit as much paper as possible. I use Acrobat and print to PDF constantly to avoid having to waste paper and ink.

I had a previous version of these and the 305 was a nice improvement overall. They look better and are lighter weight. They provide a good solid sound at a reasonable price. Battery life is pretty average. They come with multiple size ear pieces to make finding a fit a breeze for most consumers.

How loud is it? Can I take this into a professional meeting and not be embarrassed by how loud the fan is?
It's a gaming laptop with crappy battery life...It's also rather large...I wouldn't expect to walk into meetings with it. Get an ultrabook for that purpose.

I'm not a hardcore computer gamer who's obsessed with all the specs and frame rates and stuff, is this computer good enough to run games like WoW and Diablo fine? and average web browsing?
