I bought both the blue and purple ones for my two girls respectively (because that's the only way to avoid a multi year war) I and they're pretty good but there are two issues that parents may wish to consider:
1. First my girls are very petite so this may not apply should you have a child that may be of a larger build. We have had the Ace for about a month now (i believe) and the girls have somewhat of a difficult time finding a comfortable fit where they don't notice it.
2. Possibly as a result of the first and this applies to the purple one only, it appeared to give my little one a bit of a rash. It reminds me of the days when Fitbit had a voluntary recall their adult sized bands. Now I'm not making a big deal of this because it only happened once but if you're a parent or guardian, it may be something to be aware of.
On a positive note, the kids who are generally active anyway are even more active now. If I could harness about 1/10 of that, I would get more done in a day than I do in a week! The best part is that the Ace has a waterproof design just in case, Overall great produce and I recommend getting one if you are on the fence.

I'm typically pretty binary in my feelings regarding microwaves...I mean they're microwaves and seriously, I'd rather do literally anything else like drinking Nattie Light (yuck) or watch The Notebook (ok maybe not that). The exceptions to this "rule" is when the heating isn't even, I get pretty irritated. Like many other people, I heat up leftovers or sometimes frozen foods if need be.
With refrigerated items and with reasonable portions (ie not a hill of noodles with a 60 degree slope), the microwave does a really good job of keeping the heat evenly distributed (yay radiation). Moreover, there is a ton of space in the unit. Mind you, I was in graduate school before so the microwave we had was small and always questionable...as in can I fit this slice of pizza in there and even if I can, will it explode? Now remember, as opposed to conventional belief, microwave radiation does not cook from the inside out and why should it logically? Its a wave that hits and tried to penetrate your food and a byproduct is cooking. Ok I can rant about physics all day but you get the idea (seriously though stuff like running your microwave on empty is a really bad idea since there's nothing to absorb the waves...you can fry the magnetron --WWII tech by the way -- in your unit).
Anyway, if you are worried about the "frozen or cold center", no microwave can help with that because science. The defrost function is an actual thing and not some "stupid button that doesn't do anything" as my former girlfriend used to say.
Ok this review has strayed. In summary, buy this if you are fine with the size of the unit. More than worrying that a larger microwave oven may or may not cook your food "better" than a smaller one (hint: it won't), my advice is to worry about the cubic feet for aesthetics and fit. Regardless, its a fine microwave.

Ok so in all fairness, I purchased this for my father as his Christmas gift. He has been eyeing down my Ecobee 3 for over a year now and my mom wanted an Echo, so this appeared to be a one size fits all solution.
The Great: I'll start with the best thing about the Ecobee 4: The Ecobee is just fantastic as usual and if you're house is Homekit enabled, then even better. The integration is seamless as long as you can traverse and decipher the non-intuitive and ridiculous Apple Home app layout. With that being said, the layout of the Alexa app is slightly better in my opinion and that's saying a lot since I am an Apple fanboy (yeah that's right...I;m proud to admit it but not proud that I used the term fanboy).
The Good: The Alexa integration is far superior to the skill you had to download for the Ecobee 3. I'm not sure about anyone else's experience, but I could not remember the exact commands. The Alexa integration allows the same normal command structure as you would expect from say an Echo. Saying something like "raise the temperature by two degrees" no longer returns an error like "I do not understand that command" or "what device?" The language is as natural as the Echo environment allows.
The Bad(ish): Now there is nothing truly bad about the system and thats why it git 4 stars. Also I should note that its by no means the native Ecobee unit itself that got a star knocked off. Again, its well made and intuitive. Moreover, I do not have any issues with the Alexa integration as I noted above. My problem is in Alexa's functionality. One problem is that it does not support the Echo Spatial Perception (ESP) feature that prevents multiple devices from responding at the same. If you have any other Echo devices in the direct vicinity, the Ecobee Alexa will most likely respond even if its not intended to which can mean having a literal echo in responses. The other thing, and I was probably asking for too much, is that the speakers are awful for music. I mean they are just terrible, even worse than the Dot. I actually turned off the always-listening option on the Ecobee. This made Alexa useless in most cases.
My advice is if you have any other Echo devices around, then maybe the Ecobee3 is worth it, even with the pain of the restrictive downloadable skill set. Hey on the bright side, its cheaper. However, if you don't have any Echo devices in the area, say you have a Show or Dot or whatever in another room, then this si probably a good choice. Saying something like "Alexa tell numnuts that I'm cold" and having the heater turn on is pretty cool. Obviously I named my Ecobee "numnuts".

As far as overall functionality and beauty, Dyson has this in the bag. The only thing that annoys me about this (and other) Dyson products is the pain it takes to empty the canister. There isn't a day that doesn't go by after I have used it that I don't have to shake the canister like I'm being electrocuted to get most of the filth out. Even then, I often have to stick my hand in there to get the rest of the pickup out.
Anyway, overall though, it is the best piece on the market. The emptying aspect is pretty nominal when compared ti the power, ease, and the ability to hang it up (which I absolutely love)!
