I would give this TV 3 stars if it were more expensive but at the current price I will stick with 4. As far as base features such as streaming services, picture adjustments, menu system/OS, physical design the set is a solid 4 stars maybe edging 4.5. The image quality is good, certainly one of the best entry level 4k TV's but still just a 3. Does that mean it does not look good? Not at all it does look good and unless you know the difference you will love it. The panel just lacks some of the more advanced 4k features in the more expensive units.

I almost rated it 4 stars because it lacks a few features but then realized that there are models that offer them and I knew it when I bought this one so I can't fault it for that.
This model may not have all the latest bells and whistles but honestly most people will never use them to full potential anyway. This is a solid fast router with good strong signal and a full feature set. Unless you know whats missing and really need it you will be fine with this one.

Good TV with one main issue

I like the TV and for the price I got it for it is a good deal. The design look good and the remote it pretty good, nothing special but workable. The image of the TV is good and it has a good set of controls to tweak the image. The panel has one main flaw though, most people will never notice it so read the next paragraph if your curious just know that it may make you notice a flaw you normally would not have seen.
The panel does not have a smooth LED back-light (LG is not the only one with this issue at the price range). Meaning if a scene is mainly a solid light color you will be able to see that it has little rectangles that break up the solid tone. It is not very noticeable but it is there.

The TV has a good picture and features for it's price and looks nice. The main problem I have with it is the Roku integration. It's less the Roku interface and more the cludge of a remote that goes with it really, I hate it. Still for the price it is a good buy.

The air 2 may not be the current fastest model, the pro takes that crown but for general users it is plenty fast enough. The air 2 strikes a very good balance between price, size and speed. If you want the 9" iPad and don't do a lot of serious video/photo or drawing/CAD editing save some cash and get the air 2.

What is quality of screen on this laptop, specifically for Photoshop and Lightroom. I'd like to see if color accuracy of screen is similar to Macbook Pro ? And how hard it is to upgrade RAM from 16GB to 32GB ?
I have both and the Mac is better for sure. For a Windows laptop in this price range it is a good screen but nothing great. Remember some of the cost of this laptop is the Nvidia graphics and two hard drives. It will work for PS etc but it is not as good as other high end screens.

will this work on a VOIP phone system
Depends, If the phone system is already setup and you are just adding this in to get more ports for other things I think it will coexist with the rest of the network fine. If you are starting from scratch you will need to check with the manufacturer of the phone system to see what the phones require. Generally speaking you will want to have the phones on their on VLAN and they are often powered by the switch as well (POE). This is not a programmable switch and is not POE either so my knee jerk response is no not if you don't already have the phone system setup.

Connected TV to a laptop via HDMI, but the image on TV is cropped. Tabs on Chrome browser are not visible when maximized. How do I adjust?
In the settings for picture I think it was in the advanced area you can turn on and off image expansion. I don't think that is what it is called in the menu but just play with them and you will find it.

I NEED SOUND FROM THE FRONT NOT THE SIDE FOR HEARING IMPAIRED, DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING ?
Best bet is a sound bar. Yes it's an additional purchase but it will be louder and have better sound when loud. Also it is not tied to the TV so when you get a new TV you can use the sound bar with it.

Yes everyone's battery life will be different depending on how they use the device. Generally you should not have an issue making it through the day if you charge it at night.
