I miss the red brushes

These new brushes are terrible compared to the older red brushes. Unfortunately, my husband threw the red one away or I wouldn't even use these green ones. What used to take 2 cycles to completely clean all the dust and dog hair from a room now takes three or more. After one pass there is still a ton of dog hair on the floor. It looks like nothing has happened. Terrible.
Pros: Easy To Install
Cons: Don't work well, Inferior, Poor, Terrible

Horrible performance

I have a 500 series and have been very happy with the unit. I have two Shelties and it is incredible how much dog hair the unit picked up from a carpet. Roomba discontinued the "Red" brushes that were heavily bristled and replaced them with the "green" brush. These brushes are horrible, picking up very little dog hair. They pick up very little "anything" on carpet. I can switch between the red and green brushes and see a huge difference. These brushes make my unit worthless for dog hair, the main reason I purchased it six months ago. Overseas support is a joke. Person read off a script. Offered to replace the new brush I just bought with another the was exactly the same. No help at all. I will take my business elsewhere. If you have dog hair issues this is no longer a viable solution.

We just bought it a week ago, and if you don't want it to go into another room, you set up the tower, or else it's like a dog, its under your feet,I love it, it cleans in the corners, along the baseboards, under all the beds, and aroung chair and table legs, we are going to buy another one for the rec room after christmas, no house should be without one......
Pros: Along baseboards, Along the runners, Around the chairs, Can do other things, Cleans under beds, Under cupboards on floor, Very amusing to watch, Won't go near the stairs
Cons: Haven't had it long enoug, NONE

brushes are not compatible with 560

Since using these new brushes, stops after a couple of minutes and says brushes need cleaning. Majority of the time they are not that dirty.
Pros: Decreased performance
Cons: Decreased performance, Doesn't fit 560, Keeps stopping to clean, Stops clean brushes

I have only used it twice so far. I love my freed up time and it saves my back. My Rooma has difficulty transitioning from laminate floor to area rug. She leaves a deposit of the hair/dust she has gathered before travelling off the rug in her next direction. We'll work that out. I'm love my Rooma. Just need another for the lower level now. I think the programable one would be more useful.
Pros: Saves my back
Cons: I need two, One for each level

Love my helper,roomba 530! While it's cleaning, I can do my laundry,or cook, or spend time with my son, or simply RELAX... Some friends are skeptical about how well it cleans but I think it does a good job in cleaning.
Pros: Cleans under bedsofa, Good cleaning, Great helper, I can multi-task
Cons: Can't climb stairs yet

Needs (Better) stiffer brushes

Roomba is great on hardwood and tile, however; carpet is a different story. It is good for day to day upkeep but you will still need to vaccume once a week or so to get any deep down dirt or animal hair. Tips: things that will stop Roomba: Children socks, GI Joe's, letter or number magnets off the fridge, shoe laces, power cords from you cell phone, etc. Roomba has been a HUGE time saver.
Pros: Easy To Install
Cons: Not as good on carpet
