Same as the other 200 people on this site that gave it a one star... doesn't hold a charge. This is the second time I replaced it and same happens...
Pros: NONE
Cons: Inconsistent Performance, Lacks Power, Pricey / Poor Value, Short Life

Battery Bummer

There it sits, lonely hearted, It's the pits, Not restarted. My wife looks longly at her Roomba Discovery, which she would love to put back to use. But the original battery is no more, and I refuse to pay the ridiculous price for a new one. Reading these reviews has confirmed that stance.

I really loved having the Roomba but if I have to pay [$] for replacement batteries every 6 months it is simply not worth it.
Pros: Convenient
Cons: Poor value

The battery works great for the first month then run time gradually decreases until the battery will no longer hold a charge. I have purchased 3 of these batteries in the last year and a half - a complete waste of money!
Pros: Works great for 1 month
Cons: Stops charging after 1 mo, Weak Function

Love roomba hate this battery

The battery easily forms memory and wont take a charge after just a few months of use. I love the roomba but you need to do something about this inferior battery. There are way better technologies for batteries out there please keep up.
Pros: Easy To Clean, Good Power Output

Did love Roomba

I loved this thing when I first got it and told everybody I knew just how great it was but that sure did change. The battery I got with the machine worked for about 14 months which was acceptable. But the next one worked about 7 months and the 3rd worked for about 3 months but didn't hold a charge long enough to clean one room and around 4 months died completely. So that's it for me. I will not buy another junk overpriced battery! So like many others mine sits in the laundry room collecting dust.
Pros: Cleaned Great At First, Fast Charge
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Short Life, Terrible Battery

Good product; bad battery

Use it in media room where lots of snacks are consumed. It works well on rugs. I cannot afford to replace a battery every year.
Cons: Replace battery annually, Very Expensive
