I wouldn't recommend this product due to the fact you are always buying these expensive batteries. They will send you a replacement battery during the first year of warranty but they send a lower grade one--doesn't last at all!!! The roomba itself is very expensive and the life of the battery is very very short. My roomba is sitting in my closet--dead battery.
Cons: Charges slowly, Inconsistent Performance, Lacks Power, Pricey / Poor Value, Short Life

The roomba works great particularly for getting under furniture. The battery is just awful, at [$] I should get more than 6 months use.

We have two Roombas. We like the product very much, in general, they do a good job of cleaning. As everyone says, the battery life is very poor and costs way too much. Because of the battery life and cost we will not buy a replacement for ours, and will not recommend the purchase of a Roomba to others.
Pros: Easy To Clean, Ergonomic, Good Power Output, Lightweight
Cons: Battery too expensive, Rotten Battery Life

I would not buy a battery. After 2 months of uses, it is dead and has been put away. I bought a vacuum for the price of replacing the battery. Are you kidding.....
Pros: Good for 2 months

Come on you smart people that invented the roomba, surely you can come up with a better battery. I have 2 roombas, one is still working so far, but the other runs maybe 5 minutes. Listen to us please!
