Looks good but save your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this and got the extended service agreement. Well the ice maker in the fridge never worked right. The veggie/fruit door is broke. Now to top it off the tracks for the freezer drawer broke and we can't use the freezer. We've had the service company here so many times we just have to give our names and they know who we are. For the money you pay for this it should last more then a couple times. Oh yeah we are out of extended service and the fridge ice maker still doesn't work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Refrigerator has been problamic

We have had problems with this fridge since we got it.The french doors do not close right,unless you shut them tight,and push on them.We have had the door flap replaced,and it still does not close correctly.The tech found that the door gasket was not on correctly,so he fixed that,and the door still does not close correctly,unless you really push on it.We have also had a problem with the ice maker freezing up every two weeks or so,and we have to shut the freezer off for the night,to let it defrost,then turn it back on.The tech came back out again,and resealed the icemaker.We've had the tech out 3 or 4 times now,and we are very disgusted with this fridge.If this doesn't work,we will ask for our money back.Not liking this fridge at all.

We like this unit with exception of the ice dispenser, which is substandard, slow to crush small amounts of ice, often leaks water in front plastic tray, this poor performance, quality of the ice unit degrades the value, impression of this otherwise good looking, sound unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good looks terrible durability

I like the looks and functionality of the fridge for the most part, but I don't like that the water and ice maker keep freezing up and that in less thank our years we've replaced the evaporator condenser and now it looks like the circuit board is going. Enough of a pain that I won't be purchasing a fridgidaire again.

Best Refrigerator

Of all the appliances that i purchased to upgrade my kitchen the Frigidaire Gallery French Door refrigerator is my favorite. It's so spacious on the inside and the bottom drawer freezer, in my opinion is the best feature. This was an excellent purchase!!

Great Refrigerator

This refrigerator is great. The space in both the freezer and fridge is more than adequate. The movable shelves makes it so anything can fit into it. The ice dispenser is not too shabby. A bit loud but you can't really scoff at it since its making ice. But the best thing is how fresh everything stays. Its almost like everything is individually wrapped or frozen when it isn't. Just a great refrigerator.
