Love the side by side!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 2 months ago and it has been a great fridge so far. My former fridge was about 40 years old and had started to give up the ghost so I went searching for a replacement. It's been great so far. Here are some of my thoughts, both good and bad:
- The ice maker is a little loud and you can hear the water being pulled into the fridge (that is quite loud also).
- The freezer space is a little small, you can't fit a frozen pizza box in there without some finagling.
- Before I hooked up the water line, the ice maker was somehow leaking small drops of water out of the front door, probably from the freezer. This stopped once the water line was connected a few days later. (I had to have someone come set up a waterline afterwards because my old fridge didn't have this feature).
- The temperature is very cold and keeps everything fresh.
- The ice maker does crushed and cubed so the options are nice.
- The fridge is the perfect size for my space.

Great ice maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refridgerator over a month ago. It’s very efficient. The food remains remarkably fresh for much longer than I expected. The ice maker is great. I rated it 4 stars only because the interior is much smaller than I anticipated for the amount of food I purchase each week. I do have a second refrigerator which I need use.

Big for small apartment

great features

I bought this because of the price, and it being white, and having ice and water in the door. I didn't need one as my old '86 Kenmore was working fine. But I was told it was time for an upgrade. Glass shelves to me are not every strong though. So nothing heavy like milk, will I place on top shelf. And not a lot of space either. But for one person it's enough. But two people could make it work too. Nothing is perfect, but I am happy with my choice. Over all I love it. I wouldn't trade it for my '86, which didn't have ice and water in the door.
