Broken, second time this month

Refrigerator delivered July 9., It is August 15, and this is the SECOND TIME it has failed.
I could like this refrigerator if it worked. but I've lost food TWICE now.

Still cautious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased on July 24th and all was well. About Aug 1st I was being overloaded with ice cubes so I turned the ice maker off by lifting the wire inside the maker. After 5 days, I wanted to make more ice cubes but there wasn't water running to do so. I procrastinated calling Service and suddenly on Aug 16 it started working again. I will not be turning off the ice maker ever again. ... Befuddled

it makes some noise inside?

1- There is one Door Shelf bin Box missing?
2- There is one wire floor missing in freezer?
3- There is one Spill Safe Glass Shelf missing inside?
4- Also there is some noise when it's working?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had issues right away

Had this for a year or so when the handle became loose and impossible to tighten up without removing/destroying seal. A few years later the freezer won’t stay cold and a loud humming coming from the freezer side.

Wiring problem the Tech can’t fix

This refrigerator has performed well for 3 years, until the wiring on the icemaker/water dispenser went out. According to the trained service Tech, it can’t be fixed. Guess I’ll go buy a new Refrigerator.... NOT a Frigidaire.

DON'T PURCHASE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my refrigerator 03/01/2015. I also purchased the 5-yr extended protection plan, but it expired in March 2020. I am having the same exact problem I had in May 2019, a bad compressor. So within 5 years, and 5 months, this fridge has broken down twice. thank goodness I had the extended plan through Loews. I live alone, and take care of the unit, but it is just not made to last.

Awful refrigerator

We bought this fridge brand new in February 2015. Within 6 months we had to have the ice maker replaced. We have continued to have issues with the ice maker since that time. When we moved in July of 2016 we discovered the fridge had been leaking for quite some time. Then two weeks ago the freezer and fridge stopped working altogether. Repair man said the compressor went out and it would cost nearly the same amount to repair as what we paid. Very disappointed that we have owned this fridge for a little over two years and now have to buy a new one. I will never again buy a frigidaire brand anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
