It brokedown a month after we purchased

Very Noisy Fridge

We purchased this fridge approximately 8 months ago. We were having our kitchen renovated and thought it was the location that made it so noisy. But after completing the renovation and enclosing the fridge the noise is as loud as ever. Sounds like a motorcycle or groaning and humming. Very disturbing and embarrassing. Guests do not believe that it is new. So unhappy with this fridge. Definitely would not purchase again and recommend that no one purchase.

ice maker problems - again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my refrigerator in February 2016 to replace the same model I bought in 2009. After 7 years with the first one the ice maker would overfill and make a horrible loud noice that would not stop until it was unplugged for at least an hour and the ice was dumped. The new one is now overfilling after only a month and I let it fill then turn the ice maker off manually. Is there any way to adjust the level bar so this will not happen? I love the size, the layout, and the big ice compartment. But, I expect a refrigerator to last more than 7 years and you should not have to manually turn the ice maker on and off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect size and level of features for our needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a problem with ice maker and water dispenser, but warranty repair man was able to diagnose the problem immediately. With this model the water supply line to filter freezes up when temp setting for refrigerator is set above setting 5 according to his experiences (he was right). It thawed itself out at the lower setting in about one day. This information needs to be shared with your call center.. It will save you a lot of money on unnecessary warranty service calls (or you could look into the desing also)

I Like It Better Than Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for about a month. I was concerned it would seem small since my old French door fridge died. This side by side fits perfect in a small space. The ice maker is a treat for us.
I have learned if I use square or rectangular bowls I gain more space over round.
So far I am very pleased with this refrigerator, and would recommend it to others.
