[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a good fridge but when you get crushed ice it gets hung up and you have to take the ice tray out and put it back in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ice maker has stopped working already!

We bought this refrigerator/ ice maker and it was running pretty good but the ice maker stopped working after making a lot of noise and finding sheets of ice in the bin. I have only had this for about a year

Worst refrigerator ever

I have had this refrigerator for 3.5 years, so this is a review that I have put off to see if it would ever improve. No. This thing can not keep ice. I have tried everything. It turns to one large block so you can't use the dispenser in the door. It dumps ice onto the block and if you are quick enough, you get ice. If not...where ice goes to die!!! It is absorbed by the block. We've tried taking out the tray, defrosting it with water, dry completely, buy bag of ice from the store to "prime" the tray so it isn't dumping a few cubes into the tray and melting because of nothing else with it. Turn freezer all the way cold, Nothing works. On top of that the ice maker gets stuck and makes a loud clicking noise. Over and over and over until we reach in there and manually make the plastic flipper that dumps the ice into the ice graveyard. I think this review is getting long and maybe people will stop reading so to make our point.... DO NOT BUY!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Freezer cracked, fridge warm

This is less than 5 years old and the freezer walls cracked from being 'too cold' while all my food went bad in the fridge because it was 'too warm' it won't stop beeping and it won't let us change the settings

Non-removable drainage pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator in 2015. It's been OK, though not the quietest. Recently, I've noticed a horrible smell coming from under the fridge. It seems to be the drainage pan, and I can see sludge in there, but I can't find a way to clean it. The owner's manual indicates the pan is not removable. I'm at a loss regarding what to do about this awful smell.

Hello, SS98! Thank you for your review. Your feedback is important to us and has not gone unnoticed. To clean, you can use a small cleaning tool to access the drain pan to clean. Feed the end of the tool into the drip pan while it’s still in your fridge. Carefully move the wet wipe around the edges of the drip pan to scrub it clean and remove any buildup. Work from multiple sides of the drip pan so you can remove as much of the mold or buildup that’s inside as you can. Be careful not to apply a lot of force to the claw grabber since you could also damage internal components in your fridge. We hope this helps. Have never had an ice maker before. Have found out the hard way that I have to keep the internal temp a little warmer. Having a well that is very deep, my water is very cold. Therefore, it froze the line to the water spout. Frigidaires customer service was prompt and had a tech out immediately. I have always bought Frigidaires so I knew that the customer service was reliable and prompt.
I would recommend this to a friend!
