Noise

It knocks so loudly that we called repairman. He replaced control panel.but it did not stop Knocking he said it is just noisey. There is nothing he can do. So we have put up with it. But I don’t want anyone else to buy this refrigerator and be as disappointed as we are

Very Unsatisfied

I bought this freezer 3 years ago. Refrigerator side stopped cooling. Was told to defrost refrigrator because left bottom vent on refrigerator side was frozen solid with ice. Defrosting did not resolve the issue. Also noticed freezer wall was cracked on both sides. I have never had this problem with a refrigerator.

ICE freezes on the FAN! Makes a HUGE racket and not to mention it has to be taken apart to defrost! If you want ice in your cup, get ready, the dispenser throws it out so violently that you will ALWAYS be picking up extra ICE off the floor!!! AGAIN, ABSOLUTE JUNK!!!!!!!!

freezer constantly freezes up and leaks everywhere. humidity gets into sealed containers in the fridge and food goes bad.

Ice maker freezes up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in 2017. Have had problems with water freezing up behind the ice maker. Very hard to get someone to work on refrigerators now. We have to keep taking the ice holder out and using the hair dryer on it to thaw the iceberg out.
