It Works

That is the only thing good about it. This is the nosiest appliance I have ever experienced. It's ridiculous how much noise this thing makes! Clunks, grinds, whines all the time. The other bad thing is that there is no deli drawer. Just two large bins.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great space for price!

It’s a great price for what normally costs thousands of dollars. It’s a reliable brand and has tons of shelving and drawer space. Love the ice and water thing in the front too! Great fridge!

Lots of Room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this model for a while and only have a couple of minor issues with it. Overall, I really love how much room there is in both the freezer and refrigerator sections. I like being able to rearrange the shelves so I can have different sizes of spaces for different sizes of items. It is very efficient and the fact it has a water filter in it is also nice and very convenient to change. My only complaint is that the lights on this model were advertised to be LED lights which offer more interior light as well as in the ice/water dispenser, however when it arrived they were incandescent bulbs that are very hard to get to when they need changed. Also the light does not come on by itself when you trigger the ice or water, which would be a very nice thing to have happen so you did not have to switch it on and then remember to switch it off every time you use the dispenser. Other than these little things, it is a great refrigerator and very reasonably priced. It matches all of my other Frigidaire appliances very well and fits in nicely with my kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible refrigerator!

The ice maker failed within two years and there is a quite a bit of rust in the metal wheel that moves the ice. The water from the dispenser tastes awful. I suspect it has to do with the holding tank. Also, odors from the fridge migrate to the freezer so the ice also tastes terrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend changing your water filter every six months to ensure the highest possible water quality.
Have you tried using an air filter to help decrease the odor from your fridge? If not, I recommend using our PureAir® Carbon-Activated Air Filter Starter Kit. Our air filters are designed with active carbon to remove, not mask unwanted odors. Feel free to follow links below for more info about our water and air filters.

There are many factors beyond our control they may contribute to the recent matter you are experiencing with rust. Stainless steel is a low-carbon steel that contains at least 10 percent chromium. The addition of chromium gives the steel its unique corrosion-resisting properties.
We use this type of steel because it is extremely durable, resists corrosion, stands up to many chemicals, and is easy to fabricate. Stainless steels are very resistant to rust; this does not mean that they are impervious to it.
Stainless steel must be kept clean and free from contaminants. Please keep in mind sometimes stainless steel products will develop corrosion or discoloration due to environmental and installation conditions.
