[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have had this for over a year and love it. The only thing is the handle on the right side is very loose and about to break so we need to get it fixed. But it stays quiet and works great.

Laid out well

I bought black this time after having stainless steel forever ( I am happy there are no fingerprints on this black one!) It is shorter than our last fridge but with point 1 more space...it's laid out so much better it seems far bigger than that! Everyone has remarked at how much more they love this new fridge! Our last fridge lasted 13 years. If this one lasts a good long time with these features I will be buying another one!

I have owned this about a month and so far everything is great. Smooth running unit that keeps everything at a great cool temp. Ice maker is awesome too. Lots of space in the unit to.

Good w/ 2 suggestions

Arthritis prevents me from standing and prevented me from reaching items in the freezer atop my old refrigerator. With my new side-by-side I can reach everything in the freezer and all but the items at the back of the top shelf on the refrigerator side.
I have two suggested improvements: 1) Add a clear plastic cuff all the way around the through-the-door ice dispenser to prevent ice from bouncing out of the cup it's falling into. Cups seldom being transparent, if the cuff was clear one could see when the cup was full. If such a cuff was sold separately for existing motels, I would buy one. 2) There is a design flaw in how the from of the door shelves attach to the corresponding receiver shapes in the door. The front of the door shelves do not always latch securely to the door allowing them to come off and the items on the shelf to fall.
