Really nice refrigerator at a great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very roomy. Would have liked a snack drawer, but may purchase an extra shelf which will adequately do the job. The ice maker makes ice quickly but is very noisy as it sweeps the ice cubes into the storage tray.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ice Maker is worst ever

Put the unit (FFHS2611LWJA) in service March 2015. Had to replace ice maker 12/2016. I am now about to have to replace it again. It constantly spills water, over flows water, won't freeze ice, makes noises from gears being hung while attempting to dump ice, and it hangs up by not dumping the ice. It is level, filter is fresh, water dispenses from front well. It does cool well and maintain good temperature. So, if you want an ice maker, this isn't your unit. But it does keep things cool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this refrigerator 1-17-17 and had it delivered today 1-18-17 the delivery crew was very careful bringing it into the house pluged it in and signed paperwork and the guys left came back about a hour later to check temp. and noticed that the refrigerator door was higher than the freezer door found the book and tried to adjust it but no luck that's why I am writing you now to see what can be done about this problem

Factory with operating machinery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is by far the nosiest refrigerator I have ever had. Even with the ice maker set to off, it is loud. I have to turn my TV up over it and it wakes my dogs when it kicks on. The worst is the freezer door. It is not level at all and is slightly higher than should be. The door constantly pops ever so slightly open. Either on it's own or when you open and close the fridge. What happened to frost free?! Everything defrosts slightly and has frost all over it. When I left for vacation, I have to use packing tape to make sure it stayed closed during the time I was gone! I got this November 2016 and I am already looking for a replacement. It's garbage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Weird knocking noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator roughly 3 months ago, it's not too noisy and keeps our food cold but there is a loud knocking noise every time I use the ice maker for at least 5 minutes every time. I can reach in and turn the icemaker off but it doesn't affect the noise at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!
